The store is always clean, and the employees are ready to help customers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store happened to be out of stock of a part I needed. Without asking, they called the other stores in town for me. One store in town had what I needed, and they set it aside until I got there to purchase.

I came to this Autozone needing my windshield wipers changed, not knowing the difference between 26A and 26OE. I stumbled to the register and bought wipers that wouldn’t even fit my car, but an employee named Tyler steered me in right direction after some trial and error of struggling to fit them on my car. He went all around the store, helped me return the bad wipers, and went out to my car not once but three separate times to get the right ones attached. I may have felt like an idiot, but he never belittled me for my lack of Subaru Wiper Knowledge. Thank you for your help Tyler, y’all have earned a former O’Reilly’s customer.

Joe , who is the assistant manager was so attentive and helpful. When I came in about an issue with my turn signal, he exhausted all options for me and spent about 20 minutes helping me fix my car. I highly recommend this location as they had phenomenal customer service. Joe went above and beyond what he was required to do! Thank you for your service:)

Broken idler pully and belt on road trip.
Joe, the assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to replace those parts. I was back on the road in a short time.

Joe helped me fix a small problem that O’Reilly’s overlooked. He also helped me fix it I’m the parking lot, something that O’Reilly’s also wouldn’t do. And yes, I’m talking about both of the Denton locations that are near the Kroger on University. Best service around, and I will only be coming here from now on for my car needs. Thanks Joe!

Brought back a car battery that didn't last a year, and they were very nice and got it out of my car and gave me a full refund. I didn't need to replace it because I had to get towed to the dealer who replaced it.

I went to the store today planning on spending a lot of money on parts, I was helped by a girl named Megan and she told me to try these things instead of spending money on parts. She really seemed to know what she was talking about and I immediately trusted her, which I’m glad I did because what she told me did work, and now she has got my car running and I really really appreciate her advice. Autozone on West University had great prices on brake pads. They were actually the only store that had them available for my vehicle. Thank you Autozone and the Assistant Manager that helped us.
