What is the point of having a separate business clients lines if they are going to serve everyone in the regular line first?There were like 5 people waiting in regular line and only me in business line.The teller kept on holding me and kept on calling from standard line.Very frustrating.Is that how you treat your customers?

I would give (negative 1) review, if I could. They have the worst customer service of all BOA locations I have ever visited. I have been trying to open a new account for my mom and have been there three times already. Every time I walk into the bank, I find a guy in a hallway looking to discover a way to deny my request. I have nothing against BOA, but this is what is happening in my case.On my first visit, they asked for two forms of ID. It makes sense, and I comply.During the second visit, they asked for an SSN card (they did not accept the number ). I complied and revisited.On my third visit, I went again with two IDs plus an actual SSN card. And again, they come up with something else to deny my request.The fact that they don't provide me with anything in writing says it ALL - "I DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS".I have been with BOA for 15+ years and have never had such terrible customer service. Now I know why they have such a horrible review. I should have READ IT before visiting.ALREADY WORKING ON MOVING MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER FINANCIAL SERVICE.

In and out was no one in line. The teller stared me down, wasn't the friendliest, put my money through the counter, but didn't turn it to where I could see it put money in an envelope and said have a nice day.

Worse service ever!I don’t recommend this bank to anyone as it is giving me very hard time. I had deposited $2500 personally myself inside the counter on September 28 at 4:30pm but my account shows nothing,. Unfortunately I had a flight on same night to Nepal.since then I have been trying to contact them,, finally I claimed and now its under investigation.I had to call them everyday since they used to put me on hold or sometime phone used to hang up while talking..how can an employee do such kind of mistake???? She should be legally punished as it is due to her,,I gave a cash and my id card while depositing

I called to try and speak to someone, and they said everyone was busy and then hung up on me. I walk in, 15 minutes later, and there are 5 dudes in suits greeting everyone at the door????How is everyone busy???I had some other issues as well, that was yesterday, but today i had a great experience so i am changing my review to 3 starsIf everything ends up working out for me then I will go up another star I just don't want to leave it at 1 when i had a good experience today

Don’t recommend this location at all. Had to go there twice, first time order a check book and replacement debt card, after 3 weeks the debt card never came in. Went back there after my original debt card stopped working and when i spoke to a different representative they stated that a replacement card was never ordered….So then I also requested a specialized debt card because my old one had my university on it and I ask would it also be the same the the representative stated it would be. I just got my card in the mail now roughly a month later dealing with all this and it’s just a generic card. I wouldn’t trust anyone at this location.

Michael Flowers and his other co-worker are so rude and they are liars.... the first time Michael Flowers took my temporarily I'd information and I'm dealing with fraud right now and now he said I have to have something with a picture on it...... he is so rude and such a liar.....

Went at 2:30 on Friday for a cash withdrawal. Friendly staff. In and out in less than 3 mins.

Worse bank ever. They want u to make an appt for literally everything. I wanted to get something notarized and had to make an appt. No one ever answers the phone. Am moving my funds to another bank.
