DONT EVER GO HERE!! I bought an online textbook code here and the lady who rung me up gave me the wrong online textbook. The next day I try and exchange it and they said I can’t exchange it when I never even touched it. PLUS IT WASNT EVEN MY FAULT THAT I GOT THE WRONG ONLINE TEXTBOOK. To top it off the lady who was at the cashier the next day was so mean for no reason. That wasn’t the first time I’ve seen her either. Is she always mean and have an attitude for no reason at all? Like you work for customer service/retail, you shouldn’t be like that. Now I just spent $50 for no reason!! And it was all your guys fault in the first place.Update: the asssitant manager heather, was super sweet along with the tall guy who works at the online textbook area and took care of it easily.

The workers at this place have an attitude about helping every time I go. The ginger lady working in the area in particular won’t acknowledge you even if you’re standing directly in front of her. She might as well just have thrown my purchase at me. I understand customer service jobs may be stressful but that attitude was uncalled for.

My daughter will be attending UNT in the fall and she hasn't stopped wearing the hoodie I got her after her tour. Needless to say, she loves the bookstore!

They sell low quality items that don’t even work. Don’t buy any electronics from here.

STUDENTS DO NOT BUY YOUR BOOKS HERE. As a first year UNT student, this was by far the absolute worst college bookstore experience, and I have attended both TWU and NCTC. Like most of the comments on here, they backordered my purchases, canceled them, resubmitted them so they went even further back on the list of priority, and then gave me the wrong access. They were not helpful with instruction and I will be using anything BUT the UNT Bookstore. Very upset and disappointed at how difficult it was to do this.

I tried to order a book (required for a course) on the website. When I went to pick it up I was told it was backordered and they could not give me even an estimate of when it might possibly be in. When I emailed to ask how I cancel my order, the response I got was “cancelled, sorry”. That was the entire email. Seems a little unprofessional in my opinion, but I can’t complain too much since it was cancelled quickly, I was not charged for it, and I don’t remember having issues with the bookstore in the past.***I suggest to check Voertmans (just down the street) first before looking into the college’s bookstore.

The selection of swag was outstanding in both appearance and quality. What needs work is public (or visitor) parking. There is none in the immediate vicinity.

As a student I am disappointed to say I go to school with the two useless masked cashiers that don’t even greet you. I’ll be searching for their management to consider replacements.
