If I could give a zero, I would. There was a lady that worked there that treated us really badly told us to move, so she could check out the other person, even though we need to check out. Had a really rude tone while she was talking to us I didn’t get her name, but she was short and had glasses a little big too Super rude. What’s my first time shopping there and I will never shop there again. And I wish receipts had a code, so they Can get a accountable of their actions.

This bath and body works doesn’t even deserve one star. .The customer service is really poor and the Manager very, very rude . I couldn’t get her name because she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving her name but she was working on Dec 23 around 4 sh PM . I went to pick up an order I place on Dec 17 with the surprise not internet on that store or area and the order after 5 days will not hold . Well the store never text me to let me know my order was ready . I went there assuming is ready well was ready never text me and I because it’s pass 5 days is gone. The manager so rude start saying in a very loud voice they are not responsible for texting about my order I should be more aware about it . She was using very load voice made me uncomfortable. I told her I will never will shop here . And her response was “please never come back “ .I really can’t believe she can be in a management position. She needs to learn so much about customer Service and how to treat another human being and in stressful situation stay calm instead or raising her voice to the other person . I hope Bath and Body works do something about it.this Is the bath and body works located in razor ranch location

I almost always go to this location now. It's just easier to access than the one in the mall and most of the places we shop at are in this area. I've NEVER had a negative experience here. Every single employee I have ever had an interaction with has been incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. I was honestly surprised when I saw the rating for this location (12/21/25). I've been shopping here for several years and just wanted to leave my thoughts. If there are unkind employees here I haven't managed to run into them yet. Hopefully, this review will encourage those to do better as well as give a boost of confidence to those that are doing their job well and going above and beyond! Customer service is a tough job to have, but the employees I've dealt with are doing wonderful! Give grace, receive grace! ❤️

I went into the Bath and Body Works at Razor Ranch this morning looking for the new Christmas Dachshund Candle Holder and both of the ladies that were there went way above and beyond to help me. They searched everywhere and knowing I had errands to do they took my phone number down and promised to call me. I hadn't been gone any longer than 20 minutes and I get a call from one of the ladies and they had searched the whole store for me and actually found 1 for me. I'm disabled so I don't get out much so the fact that they went so far above and beyond for me meant the world to me. I wish I'd gotten their names because they really need to be recognized. If anyone goes in there to shop you'll be very impressed how sweet they all are. Thank you again ladies and I hope your supervisor sees this. God Bless You All, Cecilia B

You’re not greeted by employees at this location. Instead, they scowl at you and continue with their personal conversations. I did not mind this as much as others may, as I usually do not like being harassed with current sale information as soon as I step foot into the store. Upon checkout, the cashier just hands me my product without placing it into a bag. Does Bath and Body Works have some sort of paper bag conservation initiative that I’m unaware of?

There’s a girl at the store that works there that makes it literally unbearable to walk in here. I’d rather just go to the mall.

Staff members have horrible customer etiquette especially the heavy weight Hispanic lady, only person who was welcoming was the young lady at the door. I heard this store was horrible and I tested the waters anyway. Wish I had listened…I definitely blame management too because the store is wasn’t even clean compared to the other bath body works locations. Please avoid this store

I had a return for a spray that wouldn't spray anymore. The cashier said it's used so we can't switch it for another. It was 75% full but it won't spray. I'm going to throw it away but I promise I'll never buy another product from them again. I spend over 1,000 dollars in a 2-year-time span normally with this company.

This location has the worst customer service I’ve seen. My mom and I have had multiple unpleasant experiences with the employees at this location. When we take our concerns to the other location across town, they are always much more friendly and helpful. It’s better to take the time to go across town to the one in the Golden Triangle Mall. Don’t waste your time at this location.
