I ordered a battery online for ship to store, got an order confirmation email that stated I would be notified when it arrived at my local store. The next week I get a call from the local store that the battery is out of stock and that I have to come into the store for a refund.
First, it's unreasonable that I have to go into a store for a refund of an online order.
Then I re-ran a search for the battery I had ordered online and it is still available for ship to store, but for almost double the price! So clearly they had raised the price and then declined to ship it for the lower price I had gotten. That is scammy and I will be getting batteries elsewhere in the future.

Wrong battery supplied. Voltage incorrect and upon return no one at store during operating hours.

State open at 10am on website and phone message. Show up to buy a new car battery. Door says 10am. They're closed as door locked.
No one inside. Won't be back again!

knowledgeable, quick to give information I needed, fair price and he offered a 10% discount since I was hesitant to purchase. he brought the old batteries in and loaded the new ones. they were heavy. Done business with them many times.

I was forced to answer, prior to beginning to pay for my purchases, if the products were to be used for personal or business use. There was not an option to skip that question, nor was there any benefit for answering either way (such as no tax for resale business use). Explain to me why this invasion of privacy was demanded of a simple sale.
