Came to this location to withdraw 5k to buy my family an suv today. Due to the transaction pending they assumed I was going to charge back the transaction. I felt profiled honestly they gossiped about the situation while I’m waiting and just stared me down.
went to another location and didn’t give me no issues whatsoever.

Lazy and arrogant employee, I deposited tens of thousands of dollars in the account but he acted like I owed him money. My card expired, and I waited for more than a month but didn't receive a new card. When I arrived this branch, they said they could order a new one for me. I said I wanted to change the address, but they said they were not responsible for that area and would not order&mail it.

This location is a joke. Mobile bank closed, one teller in the front, one banker slouched at his desk greeting customers but not helping the rush of people waiting in line.

Had problems at first after merger with BBVA but they were worked out and now my personal and business banking is much better. Got to have money in the bank or open an account to get service!

I'm not going to say they're the absolute best, but I've been using them since they acquired BBVA and they've got their benefits and downsides just like any other bank.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but I've always been treated well and had good service at PNC - South Denton location.
I live in the boonies, so no, they don't have a lot of ATMs available to me. That hasn't typically been an issue however, given the availability to get cash back at so many places.
Their HELOC loan process was easy to navigate and they were very helpful with any questions I had.

ATM won’t take cash. Waste of trip when these banks are far and in-between for me.

When you walk in tellers keep saying reasons and ask to come again.When we put in loads of adjustments to our work place to go into bank and travel a while and then realize you have to go back home and happens multiple times I would be worried to bank with this location.

Every time that I've come into this bank, everyone has been super helpful and kind. Melissa is very sweet and took the time out to print out several statements that I was wanting to look at earlier today! I'm very appreciative of this, especially because I was asking a lot. Thank you!!
