If I could give them more stars I would because 5 just isn’t enough.
When we moved down from Colorado back home we searched and searched for a storage unit that we could afford at the time. Funds were tight from the move and both of us being in between jobs. We had our whole home in our cars and it was all about to be lost.
Thankfully we came across Bell Avenue Self Storage and they saved it all. They gave us the perfect size storage unit, the perfect payment plan, and guided us every step of the way. If we were ever late on a payment they never made us feel bad or scared us into thinking we would lose our things. They were always understanding and so helpful.
Two days ago, after what felt like a lifetime, we were finally able to move our home into our new apartment. And thanks to Bell Avenue Self Storage, that’s exactly what it feels like… Our home <3

Staff is friendly, neighborly and helpful. Facility is well kept, and so much less red tape than big chain storage companies. Also, units are way more ecomical :-) just rented a unit 3 weeks ago and no complaints!

I've used Bell avenue storage for many years almost 10. They have hardly raise their rates when everybody else in town just kept raising them yearly and they gave us a good deal when we moved in for a really big storage unit. Everybody in the office is super polite and have always been really helpful even when someone tried to break into my storage unit they put a brand new lock on it for me and then they calls me to have me look at it to see if I needed to file any kind of reports for theft. I recommend them to every student that I know and a lot of contractors I know Park their trailers there as well

I want to say that my mother in law came in for help today in a pinch of time. From the beginning of the phone call, we talked to Malcolm (he was a breath of fresh air compared to the other storage places we had called), and then visited the storage unit and met his daughter too. They were SO pleasant, understanding of our situation and worked fast with us. I want to say thank you x a million to the customer service that they gave to us today. We will recommend them to anyone that we know that needs a unit or any moving boxes/supplies. We were saved today by them, and just wanted to come on here and rate them 5 stars because they deserve every single star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm only had my unit for a few hours and it is already 1000% better than my old storage facility! The owner and his daughter (the manager) are some of the nicest people I have ever met! The whole experience of getting signed up for my unit was so wholesome and pleasant! They have great prices and offer discounts on top of that! My only regret of the whole experience was that I didn't start storing my stuff here 5 years ago!

Amazing staff. Realy worked with me when I was there and staff is always positive. They really care about your belongings and there renters. I will use them again if I need a storage unit.
