Room is not well cleaned. Fridge is dirty and there were candy wrappers in floor. The beds don’t smell clean. You’re better off at Fairfield next door.

This hotel was recommended by the college my daughter was attending orientation for. The staff was super kind and friendly. I travel a lot and always have a habit of checking the bedding. Unfortunately, on this stay, there was a bug on the bed I was sleeping in. I had originally reserved a two-bed suite. I went downstairs, and the staff was very apologetic for the whole situation. Unfortunately, they did not have any other rooms the size I had originally requested. No biggie, I get it; they were full, completely understandable. They told me the only option was to downsize to a one-bed suite. However, when I asked about the difference in the cost, a manager was not available. I was told a manager would be calling me later in the day, but I never received a call. So I called again and was told the manager was out of town, and another message would be sent. However, the payment for the room has already cleared on my card.

We loved this place. It was very well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for 4 nights, and everything was perfect for our needs. I will definitely stay there whenever we are in Denton again!!

When we called and ask for 1st floor and front desk say ok, then later after 1 week. We came, stop by desk, they changed to 2nd floor. Very unagreement and disappointed. We won't visit them again.

This was a really nice hotel. It was clean and comfy. The bed was super comfy. Great location to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again.
Rooms: Mine had a comfy king bed and a sleeper sofa. It also had a mini fridge and microwave.

The two stars are ONLY because the employees were excellent. Wonderful customer service. However, this location needs some serious maintenance. We had difficulty getting our shower and thermostat to work. The bathroom door didn't want to stay shut. The one elevator sounded like it was going to break at any moment. It sounded dangerous to us. Not what we are used to from a Best Western. Update and maintain your locations better.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in Denton, TX, and I want to give a special shout-out to the Front Desk Manager, Chelisa Piercy. She provided exceptional service, making the check-in process smooth and stay welcoming. The room I stayed in were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was top-notch. Her staff also helped me in ways I can't explain. Chelisa's dedication to guest satisfaction stood out, making my stay memorable. She's open and honest and communication is true. Highly recommend this Best Western, thanks to Chelisa and the entire team for a great experience!

Not only was the young lady at the desk very patient with my grandfather, but when I was in dire need of a phone charger, she produced one for me to keep! Clean rooms consistent with Best Western's usual amenities, amiable staff, and even the breakfast was nice.

Very nice rooms! Very clean and comfortable. The couch was comfortable to sit on. The bed was great. Light up mirror always helps and was a nice touch. A little weird to drive into as its not easily accessible and maps takes you to the road vs the front of the hotel. The customer service was great and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
