“My partner's wheelchair had a tire pop loose when we were trying to manuever it and unfortunately it was not something I could fix myself this time. We called ahead to see if Velo had experience with repairing wheelchair wheels and they affirmed that their staff had plenty of experience and would be happy to help. They even offered to come pick it up, which we did not need but would be great for wheelchair users who do not have someone who can take the chair in to be serviced. The visit at the shop took less than ten minutes (it's a really neat store by the way :) ) and they just asked for a small tip in return for popping the wheel back on. The guys there were incredibly friendly and helpful and it's very reassuring knowing that if the issue ever comes up again we have somewhere to go. Thank you guys again for your help!!”

“I have brought my bike here since I got it for every issue big or small - they not only fix the issue at a reasonable price as quickly as they can but also check it over & fix other small things I didn’t even ask them to. Example - mounted my back camera & viewer, found a screw for my kids footboards that long rattled off, fixed my seat that had another part that just went missing and came off. At no charge.
I have always taken my bike here & I will never take it anywhere else!
