I understand the business and how it goes I respect that. But Marcella is very unprofessional and makes you wonder what kind of company allows this person into management. She was very rude and disrespectful she had an attitude and did not matter how polite I was. She made remarks that were uncalled for. Her employee kept giving looks that were saying he was sorry for his manager’s behavior. She was very rude to other customers as well one left very upset with her attitude and Marcella could care less. This person needs to be educated in general on how to talk to people let alone customer service. I’m sure she wouldn’t talk to her folks like that. If she did it would say even more about her… avoid this place because of Marcella by all means possible.

Went to EZPAWN they said a loan on a digital Bluetooth mini photo printer for your phone was appraised at $10 through their lil system they use. Then some young person told me for my Nintendo switch $20, then Said no because the switch needed a little dusting. Went to BIG STATE PAWN with NO ISSUES. In and out in less than 10.

Rude! I was told that I have to put my phone away while I was near the guns. There are no signs stating that. I am a frequent buyer and I have NEVER been treated so rudely. Y’all missed out on making some money.

It’s always your own people who give you a hard time. Brought in a Mac computer and got denied a loan because the computer name wasn’t my name but my wife’s name!? Smh offered to show license and even debit card we share.

As soon as you open the door, the place have an awful odor. When you walk through the store, it is smelly. The female with the braids has a disqusting personality. She has a bad attitude. I saw the staff pawn a man and woman scooter that didn't belong to him: he showed a balled up piece of paper and said that it was a receipt: the staff believed it. Do not trust this place and I don't recommend.
