Expensive to bowl per game for what you get in return. The staff is unhelpful, borderline incompetent. Can't get a pitcher of water or soda unless you buy a pizza combo? Outdated equipment, the list goes on and on. Not coming back. Definitely not up to the standards of the bowlero brand.

I love the people who work the food and bar; however, the rest just don't act very concerned about anything. The facility could use a regular cleaning. It's like no one cares to do anything before they go home after closing. Trash is full in all the bathrooms, floors need swept and mopped, vacuumed elsewhere. If our league had a better option on a location we'd go elsewhere.

Decent enough lane availability and care since they have big leagues that play there. My primary issue was I left a tripod there and came back two days later for it and it was gone. I’ll qualify this statement by saying it’s purely my fault for leaving the tripod on the counter after I paid.
I only just recently started going to this location and as well as utilizing the pro shop. Needless to say, the pro shop lost a customer and so did the location. Over a single worker taking a 30$ tripod, but it’s the principal.
Anyway, they were aware of my tripod having been left there, but one of the employees took it home almost immediately. I asked if they could check the cameras, and they said they would. No cameras were checked and Nothing was done.
Just be vigilant about your belongings and equipment if you accidentally leave something here. Bowlers have EXPENSIVE equipment. There seems to be a lack of integrity and accountability at this location.

Preferred this bowling center compared to mainstream ones. Quiet, but busy, had lanes available and a very good arcade with decent priced games. Will definitely go back!

I’m a good business and I do trails we build trails and we are good. We build trails so people can ride on with their dirt bikes so yeah.

Great atmosphere and great staff. Had trouble with the bumpers for my little sister and they helped out right away. They even let us play for a little extra time since we didn’t get to start and didn’t charge us. Great people and keep it the great work

The manager on duty was absolutely amazing, but their food area is severely understaffed. A bartender was making food without gloves or her hair tied back, you must put in an order before trying to play or you won't get your food until you're done playing, etc. Could really use some rethinking on staffing and food safety.

The parking lot is riddled with potholes and large cracks in what used to be pavement. The food offered is decent, but overpriced. Bar prices are acceptable, but service can be lacking, except for Vanessa- she's pretty awesome, the bright spot behind the bar. Some of the staff seems apathetic, but that seems to trickle down from management. The lanes are dry with little action, and the pins seem dead. The disappointment is that this is the best spot for bowling in Denton.

We used a groupon which was great. They venue was okay, but there was no food and no drinks. As they said, they were in service, the bowling balls kept getting stuck and shooting back out the scoring, kept messing up. All in all it was horrible. Lanes were available and the tables were clean. The shoes smelled fine. Can't beat a cheap date in the AC!

Overpriced nonsense. Bowling is a low cost game for the common person. The prices they charge per game are absolute nonsense and should be condemned by all. Bowling supposed to be cheap for a reason and this location offers nothing but overpriced everything. It throws the concept out the window, and upcharges for everything. Do yourself a favor and go to a more locally run venue and actually enjoy your time for a quarter of the price.
