This is a real gym. I noticed that people come to workout and get healthy. Trainers and staff are excellent at what they do. People here are friendly and helpful regardless of where you are in this journey. If you are serious about your progress, this is the place to be.

We’ve been members for over a decade and still love this place. Highly recommend. Childcare included was a big draw for us, at first. The trainers are helpful and friendly without trying to sell you anything. If you are serious about your workouts, this is where you want to be.

Beautiful gym atmosphere. Great equipment. Old skool mixed with New skool. Very clean environment and sanitary station at your need. One of the best gym in Denton TX you can call home. I'm excited every time I have to opportunity to visit and train at my home gym, far way from home 😍❤.
