We had an amazing experience with Brown Box movers. Chanedra was very kind and helped us get scheduled. Beau and Derek gave a courtesy phone call of arrival time and showed up right when they said. They were both very efficient and did a great job moving our things. We highly recommend!!

This was our second time using Brown Box Movers, but this time we underestimated the size of our move. Nick, Kevin and Matt took it all in stride, were very patient and understanding, and did an incredible job with everything. We really appreciate everything and will be booking with Brown Box again in the future (and will be much more organized)!

Brown Box Movers has helped me through a very difficult time. After her multiple hospitalizations and rehab, I was in the position of single handedly moving my mother from her home to a care facility. I was under a lot of stress, and BBM was responsive, kind, professional, and reliablenot only the people I met in person, but everyone I spoke to along the way while coordinating my two appointments. They were not only good movers, but good humans.

First class, professional , friendly, and efficient service! Both Beau and Rob were very knowledgeable, efficient, and I could tell that they were very experienced, and made it so easy. Additionally, they went “beyond my expectations,” in that I was not expecting them to be able to remove my couch, due to its dimensions. However, they were able to remove it! Well done. Well done. Give both of them a raise!

Brown box movers were awesome. Beau and his helper did a careful job of loading and protecting my stuff. Speedy and careful would be how I would describe my experience. My move was a temporary one while our house is being built and I am going to use them again in 6 months when our house is done.

All three of the mover were very nice, they were very careful with all of my stuff. Nothing had any dents or scuffs when I checked. They were very efficient and finished the job in only 2 1/2 hours including driving to my new place. All three asked where everything went and double checked with me to make sure they were grabbing all of the right stuff. They absolutely deserve the 5 stars! And they were by far the best priced out of the four other companies I called. Christany was very helpful and patient when booking me. The Crew Leader, Nick, was also very helpful and talked me through the paperwork and process. Highly recommend this company, my movers were Nick, Robert, and Tyler.

Before trying Brown Box Movers, we had terrible experiences with moving companies. The Brown Box Movers team was absolutely amazing. Beau, Kevin, Justin, Daniel, Robert and Nick worked so smoothly together, like a well-oiled machine. They are a great example of the way a real team functions. These guys are experts at moving and professional yet very polite and friendly. The team executed flawlessly and left us completely amazed. We are so thankful for their work and highly recommend them to everyone.

Gary and Tory were absolutely outstanding… Respectful, professional, and assessed and addressed my moving situation in a timely manner. The guys went about the job with preciseness and skill, making sure to ask me regarding placement and condition of my things. This is my second time to use Brown Box and will use them again. The guys helped make a difficult move much easier.

Justin, Jonathan & Matthew did a great job on our move today!This is my 3rd time using Brown Box Movers & each time they’ve moved us they have been fast & friendly!I have not had any damage to our belongings & they are true to the quote they give you for pricing.There is nothing more that I could have needed in a moving company.If you are needing to move, I highly recommend using Brown Box Movers!

Scammers, quoted me totally different price via email then when they got here (before even entering my home) they doubled the price. I only needed a glass table top moved from my garage to my dining room. They quoted me $138 dollars over the phone, then once the job was pretty much completed they demanded $300. Once I referred to the original quote, they changed it and then tried to gas light me into believing that $300 was the originally quoted price. I never would have agreed to pay $300 for such a simple task. I definitely feel scammed and would not recommend this company!

From the initial quote to the last box, our experience with Brown Box Movers was amazing! The crew was so professional and friendly, and worked hard to take care of our belongings. It was the most humid day, started to rain, AND we were moving to the 4th floor and these guys were so focused and positive every step of the way. I had a large entertainment wall unit to be moved. Brown Box was the only company I found that specifically listed single-item moves on their website. They were easy to work with on scheduling and payment. The moving crew was professional, careful, and coordinated with me exactly the path to take (which they evaluated before unloading a thing) and final placement of the 4.large pieces. The move went off without a hitch. The moving crew was not only professional but also friendly and cheerful.

Brown Box movers were great to work with. There office staff was professional and informative. The price they quoted was right on spot. And the quote was so much better than others I received from other companies. The actual mover guys were also great. They were punctual, polite and friendly. They worked hard and managed to get the job done within my two hour request. I would absolutely use Brown Box Movers again.

I recently hired Brown Box Movers, and I couldn't be anymore happier. They were recommend by my neighbor and her daughter who have used them on several moves in the past. From the first initial contact through the completion of my move. They are perhaps the most professional moving company I have evered used. The crew arrived on time, wrapped up all my heavy furniture and move it all very carefully into my new apartment. Nothing was scratch and they worked very hard in getting my stuff from one place to another.Extremely happy with the recommendation and I would not hesitate in hiring them again. Excellent work and professional.
