I want to specifically address the lady who did my eyebrow shaping today. The experience was extremely disappointing and painful. The way it was done felt so rough that it was very uncomfortable and at no point did they offer me a tissue or anything to ease the pain. The lack of care and attention to my comfort was shocking. Based on this experience, I absolutely would not recommend coming here.

I have been going here for years and I honestly love this place but I just experienced the worse time this weekend. The older lady was so rude to her staff. She belittled and fussed at the the whole time. Demanding one girl to back up out her space and go clean something. I feel so bad for those girls. Elena definitely has to get a new manager. This was NOT okay.

Very unprofessional. The lady doing my brows took off her shoes, had a strong odor, and was on a personal call the whole time. This happened before with another worker too. I even told the old lady at the front desk and later called her cookie store to complain directly to her, but nothing changed. Clearly, they don’t take customer feedback seriously. Not going back.

I went around 6:50 to get my lashes done. And my eye browns she didn’t finish my lashes and they started falling out the next day! I don’t recommend this place
