I was traveling on 12/23/25 stopped in BUCEES to fuel up,I went inside the store bought some food and paid for my ⛽️ gas,went to my car to pump gas and realize I paid for the wrong pump,so I went back inside to the same cashier #41 name Sarah,told her what happened, so she gets a manager and they told me I had to pay again,I told them I couldn't that was the last money I had,they said sorry,so we left got back into the car,it was on E) drove a bit then ended up running out of gas stranded on the hi way!!! I'm so unhappy about being treated this way by BUCCEES,because I paid for gas,I recommend anyone to not get gas there,because if you get wrong they have no mercy towards you,BTW BUCCEES I'm still waiting for my money back my cash app is $DallasTexas72

I bought a hat from this store and got home and the security knob was still on it. Now I’m 275 miles away and there is no one to call or contact. It is all online. Unbelievable. No customer service whatsoever.

What an EXPERIENCE!!. I enjoy walking around and browsing all the BUCCE'S merchandise. It's a brand of it's own with nice products of all sorts . The has fill up is my main reason for stopping by but also a soda or something to zip on the long road trips.

This is a good Buccees. I wish they still had whipped cream in the coffee bar. They do not have enough cashiers in the front in my opinion.

Stopped to use restroom and get a quick bite. Restrooms were fine. But my issue is with the food. They are so stingy with the sauce on their sandwiches. I love the Carolina bbq sauce they use on the 3 meat sandwich, which is a huge sandwich but all they ever use is enough to barely cover the bun. And when I asked for them to add some extra to a sandwich that they were making right then to refill their sandwich tray I was told they can't edit the sandwich in any way. And the bbq sauce they have that you can add yourself from their condiments is just regular bbq that they put in little Togo cups themselves and they won't give you any of the Carolina bbq in those cups either. They also sell bottles of the regular bbq sauce but not the Carolina

FYI....
Bucee's does not offer returns or store credit on any items. We purchased an item that cost $300 (ecoxgear speaker). They would not return or offer store credit with a receipt. They have a fine print in the store (but who reads that).
So before spending money on an expensive item be sure your not needing to return it or go buy it from somewhere that will except returns and take care of their customers.
