Worst car rental experience ever. We went to pick up the reserved vehicle but the guy working there said we would have to drive to DFW airport to pick it up. We went to DFW airport but then the lady there said they can’t do exchange and had to call customer support multiple times to make the transfer with additional charge. Zero stars and horrible customer service for both Budget and Avis.

Robert was a breath of fresh air! His customer service and quick responsiveness was exactly what we needed when arrived to the store. He and his store manager were very friendly and helpful. We will continue to rent here as long as Robert’s smiling face is there to greet us.

Hands down I give this place 5 stars, I made a car rental reservation online, once I got there I was welcomed in by a guy named Robert. I was in & out in 10mins. Robert was very kind & professional he even upgraded my vehicle since the one I reserved wasn't available. I'll definitely be returning for another car rental when needed.

I went there to rent a reserved car and the lazy guy working there told my Wife that we are required to wash and vacuum car upon returning. Well we didn’t, and thankfully someone with half a brain was working and said that he was the maintenance guy in charge of washing vehicles trying to get out of working. That little lazy insult is reason for my one star review. Grow up people

Awesome service! Robert and Peter were extremely professional and friendly!!! They went above and beyond to ensure great customer service. Selection of cars were terrific and extremely well maintained. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back again when in need of a car rental!

Horrible I rented a vehicle and was charged an additional fee for 1289.92. I was told they didn’t charge my card an additional fee. I would have to turn the car in at the airport and let the airport location fix the issue. Well I’ve been going back & forth with both locations for over 2 months. Noah NcCarthy who was a manager at the airport lied and gave me the run around now he’s no longer at that branch, he’s now in distribution! So now I’m back a square one. I will get it resolved even if it’s involving legal officials.

Dentin, Tx on University Drive was very unprofessional. Copped an attitude as soon as we walked in the door. Wasn't helpful with the coupon. Said we have to reserve the car rental in order to use the coupon 50% off, said can't use coupon at business, when it states on coupon to present at location of rental purchase.

I would I give zero stars if I could. Owner had little to no knowledge of customer service or the company's policies. Owner was also very rude and continued to interrupt my husband while he was asking questions. Do not recommend.

Liers how in the heck are you going to tell me you have no full sized vehicle available and I'm sitting on your lot looking at them? ?♂️And NO they was not all reserved according to the reservation customer service.

Pete saved our destination wedding! My fiancée rented a cargo van from a competitor and when we went to pick it up we were given so many problems. We left and I made a call to Budget. Pete was friendly and calmed me down and found us a solution! He got us on the road in no time. Thanks Pete for your superior service and saving my wedding!

Overall I've had ok service. The last 2 rentals have resulted in me being charged additional miscellaneous fees even though I prepay for my rental prior to picking it up. I had a 19.00 refueling fee (the car was returned on full and I had my receipt from my return as proof) As for this recent charge a there's a fee for an etoll which my bank does was manually entered after I has receivedthe car... I have not driven on any tolls at all so I now have to call again to dispute the charge with budget. Just make sure you keep a close eye on your bank account to stop these types of fraudulent fees AND ALWAYS GET YOUR PRINTED RECEIPT!! I never get it emailed just so I can see everything before I leave the establishment!! Be careful!

Worst service ever. Gave the last available vehicle to a lady in front of me and she didn’t even have her ID with her. I had everything but I’m the one that had to walk a mile home. THANKS??
