Caliber Collision in Denton, on Elm St is the best!!!! The people at this location have been so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to repair our car in time for a road trip we are about to take. Chad at this location took our car in, checked it out, got the parts ordered and the repairs done in less than 4 days and the dealership told us it would take about a week just to get the parts. The cost was much lower than what the dealership quoted us. Our car looks brand new again and runs perfectly! If it's body work of any kind that needs to be done, we will only be taking it to Caliber Collision! You guys are the best!!!!

Everyone at Caliber Collision was professional and the customer service was excellent from the front desk to everyone I spoke to. Joey showed me what was going to need to be done. The communication was also excellent. I received several messages along the way about the status of my repairs. I’m really happy to have my beautiful car back.

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and Daniel Schumacher. The work was highly professional and we were kept updated every step of the way. They coordinated well with our insurance company (Progressive) and our car rental company (Enterprise)

Caliber made foe an easy and painless process. The went above and beyond to repair my Ram truck. Some dents and scratches on the drivers side, even replaced the steps and decals to ensure they matched on both sides of the truck. Thankyou so much Caliber Collision.

RUN! Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews (especially if you are getting repairs through USAA). The only reason this place is in business (like the other 1 star reviews point out) is that USAA contracts with them. They will do nothing but lie and b.s. you in terms of pickup date and claiming they will call for updates. All the while, they DON’T call with ANY updates about part delays and 'shop delays', you will have to babysit and constantly follow up. Along with being lied to about completion and pickup dates, even to the point you are assured of pickup an hour before the designated time…arrive on time, and your car is suddenly ‘not complete’. And the receptionists do nothing but cop an attitude and point fingers. And magically my car is ready & complete in 4 hours AFTER USAA called and got involved. Passing blame is beyond unacceptable. If you refuse to pre-order parts and keep perfectly drivable cars in your shop, but refuse to fix them in a timely fashion, GIVE THE CUSTOMER BACK THEIR CAR. Not everyone has a rental. This experience was worse than Maaco. They do nothing but want to steal every cent from your insurance, and drag their feet. And I’m sure they will respond to this review with some b.s. of ‘email us to resolve the issue’, but clearly they do not care to resolve their issues of consistency and professionalism, as noted in all the other low reviews. I don’t care how nice you come off. If management lies REPEATEDLY, you’re not worth anyone’s business. Stay far away from this shop.

I went in for an estimate. I worked with a service advisor, Jacob Cope. I came in worried about my SUV which had been rear-ended. He was very professional, look over my damages throughly and addressed all my concerns. I left feeling relieved and confident about how to handle the next step. Thank you, Jacob!

Recently went to Caliber to have my bumper checked out because it was loose. Cope was incredible, came and looked at everything, and even put a clamp to hold the bumper in place until my appointment the next week. Once they got the part needed, it probably took them less than 30 minutes to get it fixes and notify me :) Great service, incredible staff, especially Cope! Would absolutely recommend!
