“Somehow a monthly subscription was started without me agreeing to it. I was charged for 4 months before finding out. When I called to have it rectified, the associate was very apologetic and took down all my info. A manager called me back within 10 minutes and informed me that they would be issuing a refund for the full amount immediately.
I don't know how the subscription got started in the first place, but I'm more than willing to give Tommy's the benefit of the doubt when they handle themselves with integrity after the fact. Proper customer service!

“Took my 2020 Acura in to get cleaned today and was blown away when I picked it up — it literally looked brand new! Like it just rolled off the lot, shiny and spotless. The inside was just as impressive — every detail was spotless. On top of that, the owner is one of the friendliest people I’ve met in a long time. “Great, reliable car wash! Love the vacuum stations and my car looks great every time I go. Their box that holds dash wipes and air fresheners got taken out by someone, so Parker walked them over to all the cars parked in the vacuum areas. 10/10 recommend”

“I made arrangements to stay at Destiny Dallas when coming home for an engagement party. Circumstances had changed when I arrived and I needed to stay longer with a couple extra guests in my camper. The staff we so very accommodating and understanding of my situation. The park was well kept and clean. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities but I will next time I come thru. Despite the purpose of my visit being turned upside down I will most definitely recommend and return to Destiny Dallas RV in the future!”
“Slef service car wash. So i love that. Everything seemed to work at half capacity at best. Foam brush was just liquid. High pressure wash or soap was not good.....that being said, cars are clean. Prices are fair even for a not ideal experience.”

“This self service car wash is quite nice, has buttons for each washing step. They also have a vending machine for those small scented car trees for $1. The electronic card machine charges $5 per swipe/tap, which is about 8-10 minutes of washing time. However, the vacuum wasn’t working.”
“So I’m just kinda wondering why the people that guide me into the wash stopped spraying the front of my car with that pretreat stuff they used to…just like all of the sudden they don’t spray my car anymore and the bugs don’t come off my cars like they used to. Honestly thinking about canceling my membership”

“For just $36 a month I get unlimited car wash which is very convenient when you live in an area where construction/road work is never ending. It's quick, it's affordable, and their vacuums work really well too.”
“Just be careful and have change. Quarters for vacuums and quarters to $5 note for the wash. It’s pretty good i just wish the timer wasn’t so fast.

“My car got stuck in a ditch here and the attendant Toney was a huge sweetheart. I swear I could not get a win at all today, I tried to pump my gas after I got out of the ditch and failed. The transaction got cancelled before the gas even pumped out so my bank account was empty and he helped me sort it out. One of the sweetest guys I've encountered and he genuinely deserves a raise or something. Absolutely kept me from loosing my mind today and I wish him the best.
I've included pics of my misfortune if people are curious. Remember to sleep guys, don't be like me.”

“Alex of Caliwood detailed a great job on our Honda CRV. He answered all my many questions, so there were no surprises. He thoroughly cleaned all of the inside including all the leather. The carpeting had a nasty spot of some long forgotten spilled casserole (that's all gone now!). It shines like new on the outside (end-to-end, top-to-bottom). I researched many Denton area mobile detailers - many did not even respond back - Alex was a lower price but not lower quality! Be sure to call them for a quote BEFORE you select your final choice.”
