“A good 5 starts well deserved! It's unfortunate to see previous reviews but I can start by saying that this place has new owners and the girls at the front desk are the sweetest southern women in Texas! (Judy, Robin and Betty) We stayed for 4 months and we're on the waiting list for about a month. But we knew this was the location we wanted to stay at so we waited. This place is safe, the neighbors were very welcoming and we had no issues during our stay. In fact we had a family emergency and trusted the people here so much that we gave the front desk keys to our place just in case there was an emergency when we were gone. The front desk gals are amazing like stated above, the maintenance guys are fast and attentive (also will be the first people to greet you) and Chris takes so much pride in maintaining the parks garden. We had a premium spot (43 foot trailer and 2 vehicles, with two dogs) we didn't have grass on our spot but that was ok! There is 2 VERY large areas to walk your dogs in. & If we wanted to move to a different spot we could have but we really enjoyed our neighbors so we didn't move. There is grass all around the park in addition to the large area and lots of poo stations set up conveniently around. Also really appreciated the propane refill on sight. Not to many places open on the weekend for a refill... That being said, we highly recommend this park! Everyone was very respectable and enjoyable.”

“Love this little 4 stall car wash where the water still gets warm and has a credit card reader so no need for change. The vacuums are coin though. I asked the manager about changing the vacuums to CC, he said it is thousands to do...understandable.”

Well maintained, everything works every time i come to wash my car (which tends to be weekly) and the owner is constantly on site keeping things maintained. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, functioning wash.”

“They have a decent touchless automatic wash for the most reasonable price that I've seen in Denton.I wouldn't think it could scrub away your dead bumper bugs or anything; it would be pretty silly to expect that. If you have an extra dirty car you could use one of their manual washes - it's nice to have options!”

“Went to this car wash once and it was ok. Went again and put a $20 bill in to pay for a $6 car wash and it did not give me back my change. The car wash was screwed up and I did not get my car was either. I called multiple times on the phone number listed on the receipt and no one answer and the phone number online is disconnected. Later that day the owner, Greg called me back and reimbursed my money lost. He was a very pleasant man to speak with. Thanks again Greg!”

“We have a monthly membership. The staff is always helpful. Now they provide glass cleaner, interior cleaner, and rags in the vacuum area for free use. That was a nice surprise since it's been a while since I vacuumed my car there. I highly recommend it!”

“$1.50 in quarters to start the wash. The signs are not easy to read on all the stalls. Add quarters when the timer beeps. It gives you a decent amount of time to start. If you use credit/debit card it might give you a slight bit more time, but it’s $3 to start. Not all stalls are the same. If you go observe people using before you, some of the stalls have better pressure/soap/brushes.”
