I called to verify how late today July 3rd the bank would be open after seeing it listed to be open until 5pm I was answered by computer voice and never had an opportunity to speak to a human, bad business practice!!!!

I attempted to use their drive thru window to deposit a check and get some cash back. There were three cars in the commercial lane and two in front of me in the regular lane. I sat there for ten minutes and not a single car finished their transaction and the line never advanced. So, I backed out and went around to the front to go in. There was one person working the window with one customer and no line, so I waited. The customer at the window was taking forever, finishing one transaction and remembering she needed another, and another, and another. Meanwhile, she and the teller had .a good old neighborly gabfest. I waited another ten minutes and they never finished. In short, the tellers at this place are so slow and the windows are understaffed, while some dude that "works" there stands at the front to greet and direct....no one. Not another person came into the bank while I was there.
I will never deal with this branch ever again.

Terrible customer service, abhorrently slow for no good reason and acts smug when they do something incorrect. Will never return to this horrible branch, worst experience at a chase bank I’ve had in 14 years of banking with them.

This is the worst bank experience.
We were lied to about wait time. Waited over an hour. They admitted to messing up and taking someone before us but wouldn't help us next. Over... incompetence an terrible customer service are clear requirement to work here.
Also, they do not have restrooms. So you will take people's money, have paying customers, but don't facilitate basic human needs? Literal nonsense.

Long wait time, any time go in this branch only one to two tellers working, very slow and if there are 2 deposit count up to an hour to sit and wait

For some reason, this place has somebody putting skimmers on, they're ATM. Drive ups do not use them

I ended up at this Chase bank, as it was the closest one to me at the time to get my account unlocked. I was met by Natalia, who is the Assistant Vice President at this branch, she was very professional and willing to assist me from the beginning. Although I was extremely stressed and worried, Natalia continued to remain calm and followed up with me after each encounter in trying to get my account restored. After the third day, of Natalia and the president working on my case, they were able to solve the case and get my account restored. I am under the impression they both diligently worked on this issue until it was solved, and most of the time frames were out of their control, yet they continued to reassure me. I am thankful I was able to go to a Chase bank that took the time to solve my issue. Natalia showed tenacity in getting this issue resolved and I would recommend seeking her assistance, should you end up at this Chase bank. Thank you, Natalia.

Banking at this branch is really time taking, tellers are nice, and friendly, I worked with Dustin Jones, he’s very professional, courteous and helpful.
The big issue is the time that takes to complete banking. Peak hours can get very long , and other hours also usually take 1-2 hours average

too bad, the manager dustin m jones rudely behaved when I went there to open an account. They made me sat all the day and when I went there to ask when is my appointment, they said we will not make it today please come another day. They even don’t bother to tell me earlier. It’s when I went to their counter. They also tried to validate their fault by saying a lot of people stayed all the time during office hour and can not make it.I believe chase will take a look on this case and bring to light that branch manager for his misconduct.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional bankers who dont know what they are doing. Needed a form signed to open up a business at the amazing legacy west branch with a non present member at the denton branch and forms were not sent over cause delays in our business and loss in our cash flow.
