too bad, the manager dustin m jones rudely behaved when I went there to open an account. They made me sat all the day and when I went there to ask when is my appointment, they said we will not make it today please come another day. They even don’t bother to tell me earlier. It’s when I went to their counter. They also tried to validate their fault by saying a lot of people stayed all the time during office hour and can not make it.I believe chase will take a look on this case and bring to light that branch manager for his misconduct.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional bankers who dont know what they are doing. Needed a form signed to open up a business at the amazing legacy west branch with a non present member at the denton branch and forms were not sent over cause delays in our business and loss in our cash flow.

i hate to leave bad reviews on places in denton because i live so close but, the service i received from Chandler was next to terrible. when i first went to the counter i explained to him that my card does not work at Chase when i make a deposit but works everywhere else. he came on my side of the desk to try the card and when it didn’t work he threw it on the table. instead of handing it to me. again i’m not the type to leave bad reviews because i also work in customer service but this was just rude. dont know if he’s having a bad day but leave the attitude at home. he also didn’t even say “have a good day” at the end of the encounter. just handed me my card and license and i was like “is that it?” and he jus shook his head yes. didn’t say anything.

They dontn't liisten to the customer request. Worst customer service. Poorly staffed, especially Jay and his supervisor.

I called the bank just for a simple question instead of driving up there, but no one was answering the phone. And when the robot finally did cut off I heard breathing then the phone hung up. I bet driving up there right now, it would not be busy its always not that busy. 2-3 customers max. I called more than 7 times surely someone was free at some point. Just throw the phone out and delete the number. You guys are not answering it anyway.

This is the friendliest Chase branch out of anywhere. I want to point out Viviana who always has a beautiful smile on her face and takes care of customers like a pro. She will double check the money counting which I really appreciate and is patient, even though I am old and slow.

KIRBY YALE is the rudest and has always provided me with the worst customer service I have ever encounter. Kirby Yale you are definitely in the wrong business. The branch manager (s) needs to review ALL yours encounters so they can see how rude YOU are!

This bank sucks!! So sloooooow! Jesus it's slow. Avoid unless you like waiting an hour.Edit: I was tripping a little. Chase had my back on the scammers and stuff. They're a solid company I hig h ly recommend. This location Is slow af though.

I called for information about their notary services, and there is no way to get a hold of a person over the phone without leaving a message for them to call you back. This is so frustrating.
