Wasted 30 minutes of my time to be told the notary couldn't fit me in because all the bankers' appointments showed up. How come only one person I'm this branch is authorized to this service

I came here to get a document notarized. I do not like having to do this type of thing, however the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made the process very easy.

Most poorly ran branch I have experienced. Both drive thru ATMs are out of order 75% of the time and if one of them is working there is at least a 10 car line to get to the ATM. On top of that the door to use the inside ATM does not work. None of the employees seem to care. And these issues have been ongoing for at least 2 years. I would recommend using a local bank, employees will be friendlier and you will have access to your own money.

No upkeep. ATM is down and walk up ATM can’t access because the card reader outside to open door doesn’t work. Overall they need to get it together.

Don’t go to this branch if you need a name change. Out of 7 people working only one person can do it and they are too busy to help. Wasted an hour of my time today.

Only one atm machine working in the city of Denton today. Couldn’t make a cash deposit. Even the one inside wouldn’t work. Hate this bank. One problem after another.
