Ben, the branch manager, is too busy for his own customers. He won't even come out of his office to have a conversation. Horrible customer service. Horrible representation for the Chase brand.

I'm here usually once or twice a week with deposits for our business account & I always enjoy speaking with Morgan and Amanda. Their bosses are nice too, but I've seen these ladies be genuinely pleasant when many others wouldn't have been able to. They always make my visit a timely enjoyable experience! Please keep them around. They are definitely an asset!

Staff is not helpful and there are never bankers available to help with account needs. Tellers have extremely limited access on what they can do….stay away

Terrible service through the drive-up window every time I try to use it. Sometimes I wait 15 minutes or longer and have had employees completely ignore me to help a customer who's come after me .Today I was told that they were really busy inside. Why are the drive -up tellers working the inside if they have customers outside? This has happened to me every single time I use this branch! Normally, I drive out if my way to use a different branch, even though this one is less than a minute from my house . There needs to be better training for the drive-up, otherwise, what's the point? I won't use this branch again!
