They have never messed up my order. Only issue is that they don't control the drive thru and I've seen some drivers ready to fight in order to be in front of the line.

Chickfila very good restaurant. The only thing I would like is for them to be faster. Sometimes I've waited 20 minutes for an order when it's in the morning. And I don't see many people in the restaurant.
