Not only do I love this school but my son loves this school, and that is so important to me! Thank you all for making learning enjoyable for my child and giving me the clarity that he is learning a lot and in a safe environment too! :)

My daughter has went here since she was 8 weeks old. She loves it very organized, educational, and structured. My daughter has excelled and has a very exceptional vocabulary that I dedicate to this school. I would highly recommend it to each and everyone.

We love this school for our son! All of the staff we have encountered have been very kind, reliable, and eager to please. From the front desk to the classrooms, the school gives my family the comfort of knowing that our son is safe and overly loved and cared for. Mariam, Abby, Yasmin, Kelly, Rachel, and Linda have been so helpful since my son joined Childcare Network. Their KPA classroom has been so beneficial in our sons education and learning! 10 out of 10 recommend enrolling your kids in the class and investing into it as well. Your investments will shine in your kiddos! We don't trust any other school but theirs! Thank you all for loving our son!

I cannot praise this place enough. The staff is amazing and welcoming and work with you and make you feel comfortable! I have two in there and they made me feel so comfortable with leaving my infant! My two year old was in daycare and never stopped crying at drop off for 17 weeks straight! He has been at Childcare Network for two weeks and stopped crying at drop off actually walks in and says “bye mama” that is huge!! Like I said before I cannot praise this place enough thank you staff for everything!!!

This is a GREAT daycare! The teachers and the staff are VERY welcoming and they take AMAZING care of the kids. I have been apart of this daycare family for going on almost 5 years now and my kiddos have learned so much from the alphabet A-Z and being able to identify each letter of the alphabet, to how to count and identify every number. They taught my infant sign language before she was able to put her words into somewhat understandable sentences so that she was able to communicate in a way that we understand. The staff take time to focus on each and every Childs individual needs and they make sure that they are comfortable and engaged. They also make plenty of time for FUN. Which is a very important thing to me so that the children are not adhere to troubling behaviors. Any questions or concerns that I have had as a parent was always addressed in a professional manner, and they never overlooked any of my concerns and always made accommodations to my children's needs when necessary. I love this daycare and I am very appreciative of their services.

Be careful with schools that are always enrolling and hiring! This entire organization is unstable! They care more about money than quailty care. My sons class was quarantine for a week do to a student having covid. We still had to pay for the two weeks. The director refused to give me corporate number, she gave me the local district managers number.? She pretend as if she could help only to give me the run around after expressing "YOU PEOPLE" always want something free. CNI DOESN'T NOT CARE!!!

Do not work here!!Horrible work environment. The management is extremely unprofessional. In my time working here I was told I was one of the best teachers the have yet the next week they hired a new person and gave her my classroom. I complained about it and they did nothing but demote me. They claim that they are all a family there but in reality they are not. They classroom ceilings have mold everywhere the AC is always going out in classrooms they get mad if a teacher even sits for 5 minutes even though you work with kids. They will not help you in the classroom the throw you to the wolves I got barely any training and had to figure things out myself. All for $10-11 an hour I would not recommend. They are not diverse either if that's something you care about. In my time there I had racial slurs said to me . Managers treating you like a child it's ridiculous.

Really nice employees really bad management especially the director they have had four different assistance directors within three months absolutely no training for any of the new girls no stability for the children or steady curriculum parents are not allowed to talk to the students teachers nor are they allowed to tour the school doing hours of operations due to the chaos inside. You just cannot trust Management at the school. Corporate is very hard to get in touch with and even if you do the chances of them solving your problems is very likely less likely. A lot of drama within their school system that takes away from the children.

For anyone looking to work here don’t. They will treat you like dirt, never take care of you, never properly train you. My fiancé just got let go from working there because we are getting married and going on our honeymoon. She got her honeymoon approved months ago. After being their best teacher there, and talking about how they’re all a “family” and all that, they decide it’s better to let her go than find someone else to cover the class during that time. Her kids and parents loved her, but the directors don’t know how to run the place. On top of all of that, you are working with a lot of kids for tons of hours a day only making $10 an hour. So don’t do it, it’s not worth it in a million years to get treated like dirt and get underpaid. DO NOT work here.

I have been with Childcare Network for 2 years now! I have enjoyed my time working with them. The administrative team works hard everyday to ensure that each child receives quality care and a safe environment! This is a great place to work and a great place to take you kiddos!

Childcare network provides our daughter with great professional care. Our 4 year old has been there from 18 months old and the staff is professional, reliable and listen to parents and our needs. Ms Shavon is a great director, she always takes time out to listen to parents and provide solutions. Our daughter loves her teachers. Great daycare.

I have worked here since February of 2020, and my son attends as well, nobody cares more about the children in our class than we do and we are so joyful to see them each and every day. I will never call this place work or a job, because I truly love being here, my son loves his teacher and has made so many friends. I couldn’t picture a better place for my son or I to grow as a teacher. I have taught ages 2, and 5-7, and watching each individual grown every day is so amazing. I couldn’t possibly picture a better team of management than our wonderful team we have. They go so far beyond their reach to make everything run smoothly and efficiently. I love my team.

One of the best in Denton. I love having confidence in those caring for my 3 kids. My youngest started at 6 weeks and I had no worries, they provide before and after school care helping me all the way around. It is another year later and I am still satisfied and love Childcare Network and their staff.. My kids ages 2, 6, and 8 love Childcare Network and all of their staff. During the summer my oldest kids go on field trips 2 or 3 times per week and enjoy parents night out every month. Childcare Network and staff are truly blessings to me and my family...Fast forward to August-October 2019My kids been at Childcare Network for 4years and counting and it use to be the best place to leave your kids but now.... I've seen about 4 Directors and hundreds of good teachers come and go and the entire place fall apart. I have been contemplating moving them for a few months so I called the district director and voiced my concerns and told her I'd give them until Nov 1st to iron out the issues. WELL... today I walked in to get my kids and almost lost my mind, my 4 year old had a gash on her temple that clearly needed medical attention and the DIRECTOR and her illiterate staff slapped a bandaid on it as if was a minor scratch. I was told a sign fell from THEIR wall and injured my child. It took everything in me to act civilized and not create chaos but this was the last straw. I just can't believe that their judgment was to simply clean it with a damn tissue and put a bandaid on it!!! I took my daughter to urgent care and they glued it together and put sutures on it... My son had a swollen bloody lip from running into a pole all within 20 minutes. I mean WTH are the teachers doing? Apparently not watching the kids.I just cant deal.

I do not recommend this daycare to anyone. I'm even sad to be having to write this review. My son is in speech therapy and his therapist witnessed a teacher miss handling a child. She reported it to the front office and to her own supervisor. I found all of this out the next day because this teacher is my son's teacher she had to tell me because it COULD happen to him and mess with his speech being miss handled like that. So the next day I talk to the office too and after going back and forth the end game was they told me to deal with this teacher being my sons teacher or he can be moved down a class so that she would not be around my son. Well at the end of the day those options are not fair for my son. Moving him down with younger kids would not be age appropriate. So after this whole ordeal I was so disappointment in the daycare but at the end of the day I choose to give her a second change and for the daycare to make it right by giving her proper training. WELL this past Monday this SAME teacher shoved food in a crying child's mouth and shut her month and say "YOU ARE GOING TO EAT" with a very harsh attitude. Then the child slumped down in her seat to get away from the teacher and the teacher pulled her back up very aggressively and said again "YOU ARE GOING TO EAT". Now I was in the class room dropping my son off and putting his shoes and socks back on him and that is how I saw this with my own two eyes. I did report it to the front and they automatically got defensive. Long story short they removed her from the class room and put her in a different class room so she would not be around my son. But at the end of the day I could still not live with this because it's not just about my son. Neither time was my child miss treated it was other children but the front office is supposed to advocate for these children when there parents are not around. This teacher still works for them and I feel bad for any child her has to come in contact with her. This daycare is really hurting for employees and I believe this is why they choose to protect the teacher and not the children. I have pulled my son from this school and found another one. Now that he is in his third day of his new school I can tell you I have seen such a big difference in my sons talking and he seems much happier. At his new school he wants to go to school and play (he is 2 by the way). But when he went to childcare network he cried everyday when we pulled up and told me "no". I wish I would of listened to my sons "no's" closer because he was telling me all along. NOW to also put not every teacher there is bad. I had plenty of people there who I loved and knew they where great teachers.... this reflects more on the administration who have failed these children and who are continually failing these children in more ways then just protecting this teacher. They are choosing to protect their butts and make sure they have enough teachers to cover the children they have but at what point will they draw the line and say enough is enough we can not have someone working with these children who are miss handling them. This daycare in my opinion started to turn months ago when they lost the director and have since gone through a few more.
