The only good thing about this place they the cheapest to cash a check but honestly the way they run this business is trash for one you have someone who is rude as hell I believe his name was Robert and then the questions began you haven’t been here in 5 years I need all your info again and picture and two you have to wait at least 15 to 20 just for them to verify I really should of drove further down street to ace at least they get you in and out within 5 minutes so anyways I only get a 30 minute break so I was already upset by the time he said do you need anything else at first I was confused because I was the only one in the store I didn’t get hey ma’am please come to the window your checked cleared instead he yelled do you need anything else again like I said he was rude so of course I gave back the same energy and I said so you did you finally get the check cleared he said well yeah I have your money do you need anything else of course I said no just my money smh on some real shit first off if I needed anything else I would of said it in the beginning and second just give me my dam money and keep your dam attitude to yourself it’s bad enough I spent all my lunch break just waiting all because they don’t know how to verify checks in a timely manner this store needs to learn about customer service and serving customer in a quick timely manner so it don’t take up to much of the customers time but if it probably take me another 5 years to come back hopefully the service and staff has changed by then

I was just reading a review that just got posted by another fella saying he had a bad experience. I tell you what I too had a bad experience here while I was inside I heard this Robert fella talking about how he's sick and tired of all the Mexicans that come in there. I heard him say he's going to start calling the immigration and let them know where all the illegals are. I couldn't believe he was shouting all this racial nonsense. That guy is no good. But that's just my opinion I'm just one fella.

Now for the REAL review instead of all these fake account reviews they have put on here.
This place is the lowest of the low. Back at the end of 2018 I took out a $400 loan from a completely different store. Then the pandemic hit and I lost my job. The loan terms are very specific. It was secured with 2 items and if I defaulted on the loan very specifically outlined in the loan terms it states that they are only allowed to repossessed the two items. It states this very specifically in the loan terms I still have the papers that I will post. Well they never came and recovered the items. That was on them they could have if they wanted to. Fast forward to last week literally 6 years later it's already been written off by them they've already charged off the loan it's already off of my credit report I go into Cliff's check cashing number 5 here on University drive with a $444.26 check that I got as an overpayment to the attorney general. For child support. Keep in mind that I am currently living in my car because the job that I had decided to fire me for refusing to drive an unsafe commercial vehicle. So this check was very very welcome I literally have no money and I needed that check more than anything in the world to pay back some people that I owe money to and to live on. Cliff's check cashing number 5 more specifically Mr Robert decided that I still owe this loan outstanding even though they've charged it off and it's been across my credit report and it's already off of my credit report they decided I still owe them money and they kept my $444.26 check. This is theft. The loan terms State very specifically what they could take if I defaulted on the loan it states nothing in there about stealing my money. These people are rotten they're thieves and they will do it to you too. Seek business elsewhere. This place is trash.
