This place is very unprofessional. They never answer the phone or emails. I had lab work done and never received the results. Even my Dr. tried getting the results from them and they weren't successful. They only sent partial results and not the main reason I went there for lab work. This place should just shut down. The girl at the front desk was texting on the phone while helping me at the same time. Why even call me to the front t window, if your just going to be on your phone sending and answering text, but wouldn't even answer the office phone as it was ringing. And the other girl didn't even acknowledge the fact that it was ringing. This place is a joke.

The person drawing my blood was wearing acrylic nails. Nurses and health care providers have long been discouraged from wearing acrylic nails due to bacteria issues. Many food sevice establishments have hygiene and safety rules forbidding acrylic nails. I was surprised to see this and I will not use this lab in the future.

Lady behind the counter and drawing blood was really rude. Not just to me but everyone. Very uncalled for! It’s just as easy to be nice! Didn’t catch her name, she had odd color hair, shoulder length, glasses, 30’s maybe.

I arrived at 9:30 Monday and only one woman was doing everything. The other workers had failed to show up for work. With many waiting, I chose to leave.

Would’ve been a five star review if it hadn’t been for the ridiculously small and overcrowded waiting room. The actual blood draw itself was done very professionally and quickly. I appreciate it how sensitive the technician was to my child’s fears. She did a really great job.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I had a very good needle draw as I didn’t hardly feel it. Great experience and they get your results out with in 2 days unlike Lab Corp.

When I walked into the establishment no one greeted me because no one was at the desk. I waited for about 5 minutes then I finally said hello looking for someone to help me. The The woman who approached me was rude. She explained to me why there's nobody at the front desk. That doesn't matter to me. The bottom line is no one was there so yes I said hello to get someone's attention. She had a very horrible tone to her voice. She was chastising me
