They were amazing when dealing with 2 different insurance companies to fix the body damage! The whole experience was pretty stress free and they went above and beyond to get everything covered so we had no out of pocket! Our vehicle was fixed so fast and they communicated with us the whole time. Would recommend to anyone needing body work.

I visited this shop about a week ago. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I like many, was traveling to the area to visit family but I hit a tire on the freeway and it knocked lose my undercarriage. I couldn't drive back home to Houston like this so I had to find a local shop on a Saturday so I could drive back home Sunday. No shop was open, and I mean not one, but I was able to come across Collision Master and gave them a call. They were open and told me to come on in. I came there, not knowing what to expect. I met with the wife who helps run the shop and the machinic of the shop, Bobby. They were such lovely people. Bobby looked at my car and put me to the front of the line since my matter was urgent, gave me a reasonable price and had my car fixed within 45 minutes (which is insane). He even allowed me to see what he did on my vehicle so I felt confident that the issue was fixed and that I wouldn't have this problem in the future. Thank you all so much for being Good, Honest, RELIABLE, business professionals and assisting me in my time of need.Service: Welding
