George at Joe Hudson went above and beyond for me and I am so incredibly grateful!!! They did an amazing job repairing my front end. I would definitely come back for any body work in the future. My battery died when I came to pick up my car. George had a battery delivered and put it in for me free of charge. Helping this mama get it fixed in time to pick my kids up from school. If you're in need of a bodyshop in the area, this shop is hands down the place to go. I worked closely with Holly and Jorge for an extended period of time due to insurance and they were both always very professional and they clearly care a lot about their customers. The shop kept me updated the entire time my vehicle was with them and they advocated on my behalf with insurance.

I was told I'd get an estimate 1hr after leaving the place. 2 days later, and 4 calls to them later, still no estimate. Just because your busy isn't an excuse to keep pushing someone off.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. Quality of paint, protectant, and even parts are very low. I had troubles from this shop before I even got there for my appointment. 1) left several messages with Holy that insurance is waiting for initial email of estimate and pictures. Shop didn't send anything before I turned my car in. Which slowed down the process. 2) Holy didn't have my appointment in her calendar, June 21st, so she didn't have my folder ready. 3) My car sat there for 4 days before getting a call about the supplement. Even then, George was asking me what was wrong with it, as if they hadn't bothered to take the car apart to see themselves. I wouldn't know other than the initial body damage. 4) George sent estimates with wrong claim number. And waited over a week before calling me to learn that either Holy didn't give the correct claim number to George or George didn't bother to check his messages. 5) On July 15th get call that car is ready. To show up and car is not. Front bumper didn't fit correctly, had same damage as what it did when brought it in, broken bracket- as if they didn't put a new bumper cover on as stated. Which is insurance fraud. Back bumper had numerous bumps in the protectant along with scratches already. Learned that aftermarket parts were put on my vehicle, when I was told that they don't/wouldnt use aftermarket parts. This is the ONLY reason I brought my car here. I told them to take off aftermarket and put on OEM. They also didnt paint a spot that was damaged 6) They call me on July 27th saying car ready. They didn't take rear bumper off and use OEM parts nor fix the bumps in the protectant. So had to sit there almost 4 hours. During that 4 hours had to send car back and forth to get bumper buffed to get bumps and texture out. STILL didnt get all of it out but i had kids to pick up, and already lost an entire days worth of income sitting. George said they basically had to buff it so much it barely had protectant left on it. Spots on bumper had bad paint as well. The car was also dirty, scrached-up on the inside from their tech. Had a scratch on drivers side door paint not previously there. 7) Not 24 hours later the front bumper popped out on the driver's side. The bracket is broken. Emailed manager and haven't heard back to date of july 31, 2022.

Great service and quality workmanship. They get you in fast, handle the insurance issues, get it done in a fair amount of time and send you off with a nice finished product.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for Color Customs! I had an auto accident and all's I kept hearing was the word "extensive" from another repair place and the insurance. We were recommended to Color Customs and when we talked to them, they were very upfront and honest! So, we decided this was the place and had our truck towed over to them. They are very detailed and most definitely keep vehicles owners in mind, as well as very knowledgeable and qualified to be the best! Each person I spoke with, Jeff. Holly. Noah, Dusty and George always kept me updated and posted on the process and progress of our truck! We are so thankful for you all and all the others there that probably worked behind the scenes to return our truck to us and impeccable condition!! I had 8700 dollars of hail damage repaired ti a 7 month old brand new truck. I was not happy with the process of the company quality assurance process. I was told the truck was ready after 2 weeks and went to pick it up. Upon assessing the repairs with the employee the that QA checked my truck, I noticed a sizeable scrape behind the cab on the driver's side down to the metal. The inside of my truck was also filled with trash (empty boxes and rubber molding pieces). The bed of the truck also had a lot of rubber molding trash just left. I can not believe that someone checked my truck and did not notice and of these things. The repair shop had to keep my truck to fix the scrape and had it another week. When I went back, the scrape was fixed but there was another scrape on the lower quarter passenger rear wheel well panel. The "QA" person was able to buff this out. I got home and noticed why powder all over the headliner of my truck and spent 45 minutes cleaning that off. Overall, I was not impressed with the experience. I expected more regarding clean up and spot checking my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

The service and quality of work was excellent in every respect. Insurance went smoothly, and the appointment was easy to make.My car was hit & run in a parking lot, leaving body and paint damage to the driver’s side rear panel and door. Because the car is red ( it’s notoriously difficult to match reds), the paint required very skillful matching and application, and was done very well.Services: Painting
