I have been using this pharmacy for almost a year and have been pretty content with their services,
but the extremely poorly behaved red curly haired cashier and her repeatedly rude behavior has me moving pharmacy to different location. She is downright rude every time i pick up my medications! Too bad because this pharmacy was the closest location to me.
I’m surprised an otherwise well established business like this would keep her employed with very poor customer service skills. Downright rude

This was a previously excellent pharmacy, but the new pharmacists there treats patients like numbers and names using them more unpleasant than a root canal. After being a loyal customer for 10 years I’ll be finding a different pharmacy for my needs.

I received a medication from this pharmacy and noticed the expiration date on the medication had passed, and I had just received the medication. I called the pharmacy to inquire and spoke to Brittany. The medication bottle had two different medications listed. Brittany stated there were multiple medications that were mislabeled. Brittany stated she is pretty sure the medication I ordered was the medication contained in the bottle. I told Brittany how a mistake like this could be life or death. She stated, "everyone makes mistakes" and hung up in my face. I understand mistakes happen however, life threatening mistakes should not be handled so flippantly.

I have been a customer of Community Pharmacy
for a long time. Before the store closed, my
medications were synced. They told me that it was
possible to get them delivered for no charge.
Today, I found out that this was not true. They will
not deliver them at a time when I will be there.
I am a substitute teacher. I never know when I will
be working. Usually, I am not home until five.
I will be filing a complaint. These are medications
that I take on a daily basis. This is causing me a lot
of stress.They were not synced properly at the other store in the first place. I need a pharmacy that I can depend to get my medicine. I cannot drive in heavy traffic, or I would come and pick them up.

Horrific Service!!!! The manager Kelly will not even talk to you and when you ask any questions of their process they hang up on you. Terrible Terrible Service. They have little to no ability to handle assisting customers who are confused. If you need any extra help or try to understand their procedures and would like clarity they will just tell you to go to another pharmacy. They have no ability to empathize and listen they just talk to you like your ignorant, then refuse to serve you. I worked in Customer Service feild for 20 years of my life and I dealt with many people who were confused and needed a little extra help and never said go somewhere else because we dont want to explain.

I have had a couple of my compounded rx pills begin to fall apart and turn to powder inside the bottle. Not a huge deal unless it keeps happening (because this medication is not cheap). Wish the online refill system functioned. Their website, and the RxLocal and Community Pharmacy apps are worthless. 😞 Even the automated telephone refill system doesn’t work after hours, it just goes to voicemail. This means the ONLY WAY I can refill my rx is by calling and speaking to someone during business hours. This is a bit unacceptable in this day and age.

Update; After 13 weeks of my following phase one of the weight loss program, and suggested supplements, I’ve reached my weight loss goal of 30 lb.! I have now started phase two, an 8 week period aimed at stabilizing and maintaining my weight loss, to avoid the ‘yo-yo’ effect of regained weight.I’m encouraged by the science behind this program and Kelly’s knowledgeable coaching style. It’s very validating to have lost 7.4 lbs. in the first 2.5 weeks, and to also have lab results that shed light on underlying hormonal imbalances and other system deficiencies, that can be corrected with appropriate supplements. All of which helps me to finally lose weight and keep it off.

I only use community pharmacy here in Denton. They are very helpful and quick, they’re good about answering the phone as well as any question you may have. Would recommend!

Dr Kelly Moline is good! The pharmacies lack of taking or billing insurance causes a hardship on their clients! Especially Seniors!Time to step up Community!

Not only is this a great pharmacy, it also has amazing services some of which are provided by Kelly Moline, who is in charge of the Wellness & Weight Loss Program. With her guidance we managed to find solutions to the medical issues I had going on. Before she tried any treatment plan, we did an array of bodily fluid tests to see where my levels in many areas were at. The tests clearly showed that my bacterial and hormonal levels were off; being the cause for my internal and external symptoms. Kelly sat down with me and went over the best options for treatment. Before Kelly, I went two years suffering from extreme cystic acne along the sides of my cheeks and jaw line, no topical or prescribed medication helped. I also struggled with my intestinal tract. I could hardly eat without it directly causing a flair up (hot, risen, red bumpy skin that developed into a pustule filled with clear fluid) on my face, along with extreme bloating in my stomach and intestinal tract with a sharp burning pain as food was processed through the system. From the beginning of the treatment I nearly instantly saw a change in how I felt and as I continued my symptom's faded away. I gained eating back without the pain, and my face has stopped having reactions to food. I really appreciate Kelly for all she has done and for not trying to just treat the symptoms but to find the root cause of my issues. If your doctors are dismissing your health concerns then you should consider booking an appointment with Kelly to get back to feeling like you again.

The Wellness program at Community Pharmacy Denton is exactly what I was looking for as my body started to struggle! I am so happy for their knowledge and experience along with their willingness to help you get answers!
