Ronaldo H. went above and beyond customer service. He exemplified what Cricket wireless stands for. He expertly explained what phone plan would be best for my wife and I considering we’re in the military and move around constantly due to deployments and temporary duties around the United States, now we can rest assured that no matter where we go, cricket wireless will have our back with the best phone plan all thanks to Ronaldo H. Definitely rate 10/10 in every category for that guy. Cricket truly found a diamond in the dirt with that respectful young man. Thank you Cricket!

Excellent customer service! I needed to switch from a micro SIM to a nano SIM card and the staff helped me transfer my data to the new sim card. They went out of their way to help me and were very kind. Highly recommend this location.
