Horrible customer service. They do not care that they have people who need the medicine they are prescribed all they care about is their lunch worst pharmacy ever. Mind you this is after waiting in line for over 45 minutes. Just selfish, lazy, incompetent, and immoral people.

Told me it would be ready at 4pm and they didn't even sent a text. I called for them to tell me they only had one item and the other items where out of stock and would be available in another store. Could have told me that from the beginning

Poor customer service via the pharmacy. Waited patiently in the drive-thru and once it was my turn a sign was promptly placed, closed for lunch, numerous pharmacist working, and window closed and locked without consideration for drive thru customers. Definitely a store where money over people matters. Canme inside at 131 pm prescriptions being held hostage until 200 pm NOW. No signage outside stating lunch time.

The pharmacy took care of me right away. The pharmacist actually knew who I was and had already contacted my doctor to get another prescription. The one she sent in was out of stock. Then he filled my prescription as soon as the new 1 came in. I thought I would be there for awhile. But the pharmacist took care of my needs right away. I was there for about 45 minutes. CVS team members are always very helpful and work diligently to take of me. Thank you for making my visit more pleasant.

Zero is the proper rating. The staff is absolutely horrendous and completely unprofessional. This location needs to be shut down. How they are still in business is beyond me.

This location has become a headache. It doesn't matter if you call ahead, your medication will not be ready when you get there. Also, you may have to wait in their very long line to the pharmacy before you find out.I'll be switching pharmacies soon.

Employees have no understanding how having 2 insurances work. They are also super slow to do anything.

Came here for cold medicine and the store was easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and if you didn't want to wait in line to check out with the representative, there are a few kiosks in the front that take contactless payments (card or mobile pay) that was very easy to use

Ugh. CVS messes things up so often, I’m not sure why I still use them honestly. They had me wait 30+ minutes to fill a prescription (with my kids with me), which ok, that’s fine. Then when we finally go to get the medicine, they didn’t even try to bill my insurance. When I asked them to do so, they said I’d have to go to the back of the 20+ minute car line. So I just paid cash because we had just come from urgent care and my husband was really sick. If you can find someplace else to go, do so.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I live in Krum I have tried to call various times and they DO NOT ANSWER!!! One time I called while I was at my house in Krum, Tx. and I stayed on the phone till I actually was in the store. It is a huge inconvenience for anyone to have to wait sooooo long. My pharmacy is now at Albertsons, I have no problem there I wish that I didn't have to use them---however I do for one RX. Horrible.

Probably the worst cvs I've ever used. Tried to refill prescriptions on line - nope. I get texts that prescriptions are ready - they're not. When you get there, customer service is awful.

Turned in prescription at 6:07 pm and was told 30-40 minutes. At 8:28 after waiting, they said 5 more minutes. Now they just said the pharmacist went on break so I can't get my prescription until she comes back! Just say 3 hours at the beginning.

Very bad experience tonight at CVS. My wife and I went to take the COVID booster shot (she had an appointment at 9:00PM today November 21st 2021 and I was a walk in); I had scheduled an appointment online twice but was automatically cancelled by the system. When I had called earlier, the CVS pharmacist at the time told me to come as a walk in with her. When we show up, the pharmacist said he did not take walk ins...OK. Then my wife asked if it was possible to swap (Meaning I take the shot instead of her); the pharmacist says no... ok...still not a huge issue. She is getting ready to have the shot and noticed the pharmacist (Jesus, who also told us that he is the manager in charge) does not wash his hands (he has been working in the pharmacy area manipulating stuff and interacting with register, other customers, etc..). He is arguing that he has put some new gloves on. Questioning his hygiene, my wife is then told that he is not going to wash his hands and cancelling her appointment on the spot. My wife is insisting that she wants to have the shot; he then told us to vacate the facility and that if we don't, he will call the police for trespassing...this is how customers are treated in this location. His name was Jesus but he refused to provide his last name. We have filed a complaint with OSHA as we feel the hygiene is not per standards and we will call the manager in charge during the day tomorrow.
