Ben was super helpful. Although the wait was not too long. He took his time to be clear and precess. To help my young son and I. They didn't even have what we were in need of...But, his willingness to locate it, then gave me 3 options of where to drive and get it. Along with what the cost would be! (Also offered to have it next day) Look I get supply chain shortages... and after 4 other Walgreens said they can't help I need to call or drive to other spots to see if they have it . So after hang ups or 20 minute hold time with no help. This young man cleared up all the concerns in 6 minutes and 14 seconds from waiting till we got the information we needed and then forward the order to that pharmacy ahead of us showing up. Great job BEN!

They will tell you they never received a prescription even though your doctor’s office can verify it was confirmed received. They will tell you they are out of common drugs and send you to another location they confirmed has it, only for the second location to tell you they can’t fill it because the first location already filled it. The line is always 2-10 people long and takes forever to check out. Forget about using the drive through, they will just ignore you.

Told me it would be ready at 4pm and they didn't even sent a text. I called for them to tell me they only had one item and the other items where out of stock and would be available in another store. Could have told me that from the beginning

Pharmacy staff is phenomenal!!! During busy periods, they handle multiple tasks professionally and in a friendly way, answering questions and explaining the process. They also thank us when we should thank them! Keep up the great work, they are much appreciated!

I had a doctor appointment this morning and had to pick up a prescription from this CVS after. I was told by my doctor that it would probably take about an hour. I arrived at CVS after waiting an hour and they told me it would take 4 more hours. I went back home and waited the 4 hours and returned only for them to tell me it was out of stock. I wasted a whole work day waiting on my medicine just to find out I can’t get it until tomorrow now.

Waited in line to print some docs from usb, was redirected to a Kiosk by the manager. To then find out it doesn't print word docs only PDF, from the manager. Then sit down and have to convert my doc to pdf on my phone then try for 20 mins to connect to the stupid kiosk to print. Then asked to enter my information on the kiosk. WHY?? Why do you need my info to print me a piece of paper? I go to pay and then they are surprise that the printer is not working after it hasn't been working all day and he didn't want to tell me up front but had me waste about 30 mins to get a "Sorry". NEXT TIME JUST SAY IT'S BROKEN AT THE START AND DON'T BE SCARED!!!

I try to avoid this location but I live a mile away, so I roll the dice every now and then. Each time I do, I remember why I avoid it. It has to be the slowest CVS ever.Every time I’ve used this location I get the text message saying my RX is ready only to find out “we’re still working on it” when I get there.

I waited in line for an HOUR for a Covid test, waited at the window for 25 minutes, only to be treated exceptionally rudely by (somehow simultaneously) very slow and very impatient employees who let me wait even longer, and then told me that the Covid system was down so I had to reschedule.Thanks for wasting my whole morning and needing to take ANOTHER day off of work.Not to mention, why in the WORLD are your Covid tests $70 with no insurance accepted? Absolutely asinine

Felt discriminated against when attempting to load cash to a prepaid card. It's advertised that cvs will load, however I was dismissed and treated as if my cash was counterfeit before any transaction took place. The lady who I asked for help was a total Karen. I had to find the manager who was on his break enjoying his cigarette, but he came inside and helped. However he spent a lot of time checking all of my bills lol, but at least he got the account loaded. The entire interaction was rather inconvenient and embarrassing. I'll go across the street to Walgreens in hope of a better experience next time.

PharmacyTerrible customer service! Tech did not even say anything to us at the drive through! Waited 30mins with no word at all… went inside and was ignored for another 15/20 mins at the counter with no other customers waiting at all!

Horrible experience. I tried to call to see if my prescription was available and I was left on hold for 10 minutes until I heard them lift the phone and slam it, hanging up the call. How am I suppose to get treated in this BS medical system?

Our pharmacy experience here has been amazing. The staff are all so kind and very caring and just on it! I really appreciate them for getting a prescription transferred from Walgreens all evening and kept trying till this morning. And though I'm sure they are very busy they keep it professional and friendly the vibe is just so friendly, unlike across the street! Thank yall for helping us out!

Keith, one of the pharmacists at this location, threatened me with a gun while I was inside the store. He and two of the female technicians accused me of trying to buy Sudafed tablets to manufacture drugs. I was not. I needed a refill for my pneumonia medication. I complained to the CVS headquarters and they said I probably misunderstood what had happened. No, I didn’t.Just another typical miserable Denton experience. I don’t understand why people love Denton so much.
