Fast turnaround times, excellent prices, and quality work. Don’t buy a cheap remanufactured starter or alternator when you can have this place rebuild your OEM unit to perform like new again!

Love these guys! Small little local shop in our area that can get you right! They are also able to rebuild starters and alternators for higher output capabilities! (Yes, this includes RHD import cars that have more obscure parts to source!) Before spending an arm and a leg elsewhere, check with the big dogs!

Have a Valeo alternator off of a Kioti CK3510 tractor. Found DC Starter Service & their reviews during a Google search. Took it to them on a Saturday, got a call it was repaired on Weds the next week. My repair was 50+ dollars below what I could find on the internet! The internet searches you also had to add shipping on top of that price!! Bare minimum, I saved $75-100.00 off the top. These folks are local & have an excellent service record/reviews. My alternator is a foreign manufacturer and is higher than one manufactured in the US. If you've ever had to buy a gear reduction starter for a Nissan, Toyota, etc... you know foreign stuff is higher. Give these folks a try and see if they can help you out - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Dude didn’t wanted to honor warranty contradicted himself twice been coming here since early 2000 would not come back seems he don’t care about costumers reviews. Wanted him to correct issue said there was nothing wrong with his starter that it was my ignition switch that had caused it lol. Starter not even 4 months old won’t ever come back here. People stay away

My alternator died on me and I checked prices at the auto parts store and said nope to that. I removed my alternator and asked my wife to drop it off for me while I was at work. DC Starter calls me about the same time I got off work and I was able to ride my bicycle over to them and pick it up on my way home. For less then half the price of a rebuild alternator from NAPA i’m up and running again. Great service and good people at DC Starter. They even took the time to tell me what they replaced and why. I very much appreciate the service they provide.
