I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. I'm honestly amazed this company is still running with the lady who handles the phones. I was literally just hung up on. I wish I could give less than one start. No compassion, no common sense and no steady service.

Definitely the worst internet option, currently getting 4mbps. Barely even able to stream video and browse internet at the same time. Please find another option and save yourself the headache.

I use yalls services now for about four years and the fact that i had someone come out today to take look at my connection fix it for a few hours now its down again im extremely disappointed

Pay over $100 for 1/10 internet. Doesn't work. Is slow and terrible.

Terrible internet, terrible customer service, and highway robbery. The only reason we picked them was because we had no other options. If you like paying $100 a month to sometimes stream Netflix then this internet provider is perfect for you.

This is one of the worst internet services I ever used. The service is slow and when I had a billing issue this was not handled well. There are plenty of other internet providers in the area, and I would avoid at all cost.

High price, slow speed, often un-usable. They will claim and promise great things but don't deliver. I live in a rural area so, I can't speak to how they are in town.
