Jasmin Jackson in the Contemperary section was so helpful. She did a great job helping my teenage daughter choose between two dresses for a school dance.

Quality of female clothes at this particular Dillards is pathetic. Almost like they’ve had the same pieces for years and they’re tearing apart. I got a wool blend coat, the button of which came off the next day. N they wouldn’t do ANYTHING about it. I had the receipt , tags and everything. Oh and when I asked them for help they were super rude, almost like I committed a crime!
There was another sweater dress I bought at the same time from the same store n that has a MASSIVE hole ! I noticed when I wore it to go to a party but had to sadly change right away. Dint even bother to take that one back because I know their response.
Stonebriar Dillards has much more selection and MUCH MORE HELPFUL STAFF.

Store was clean and not busy. Overheard employees talking about the absence of customers which is different than previous years. Well, prices are higher than ever and 40% discount after Christmas just won't cut it.

They are fraud. Don’t go there and loose your money. They don’t give you tags for the dresses. Strictly ask for the tag. Very cheep behavior. Its not a good place to shopping.

It was difficult to shop when workers are talking about other employees instead of helping out us customers. Please work on customer service and keeping rude comments about others, especially about their coworkers elsewhere or preferably off of the clock.
