A got a tire from there and they messed up my sensor. I have been given the run around on when they sensor will be replaced and I have made several attempts to reach out to them to provide them with the sensor information from my dealership to get this replaced. I keep being told that I will get a call back and have yet to receive that call. I'm hoping if I get the sensor fixed and bring my invoice that I will be reimbursed since this was there fault and not mine. I will post an update after I get my sensor replaced and provide my invoice to them for reimbursement.
Spoke to the shop and was told to bring the receipt to get reimbursed. Mind you it took for me to post a review to get a call back after several phone calls. Once this is settled I will not be coming back to this place ever!

Cuidado compás se aprovechan de la necesidad de unoI was in need and they overcharge to install 4tires two of them was punctured!! They were good tires!!!! I believe oldman had a puncture device hidden under his gloves….. gloves hidden puncture device is to force customers to buy tires from them. Prove me wrong ???♂️

Israel was very helpful, found the nail in my tire, and patched it within only a couple minutes. I recommend Israel and his company as much as any of the Big Brand tire shops. Same or better quality, but a better price!

It seems like at my worst possible times in life financially, I look up and discover I need tires. I had zero dollars to go toward buying tires, but to continue driving on the ones I had was unsafe. They were what my grandfather called Maypop tires. They may pop at any time.I had a new Dewalt tool that was not as much of a necessity to me as tires were. It was a good tool, expensive and in good condition. I met Isreal at Dewin tires and asked him if a trade was possible. Isreal brought out 2 new ties and made the trade.Here's the thing. The tool was a grease gun. And like I said, a really nice tool and probably in the price range of 2 new tires. But Isreal didn't need one. A tire shop doesn't do lube jobs.Isreal made the deal because it was beneficial to me, not to him. He was more concerned with my safety than what he was going to do with a grease gun. When someone cares about people and is willing to help others, that is a person you want to do business with.I will do all of my future tire business with Isreal at Dewin Tires in Denton. I recommend you do the same.Ross
