I had a very bad experience with Jeff. When I came in with a flat tire, he had a very rude attitude and was unhelpful from the beginning. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, and it came across as discriminatory. Instead of trying to help, he was dismissive and unprofessional.
I would not recommend dealing with Jeff. If someone does not want to help customers, I don’t understand why they are working there.

These guys are always professional. I appreciate the work they do. I had a bad repair from a previous shop and they said they were unable to “repair the repair” so they offered me a new tire and took 10% off it because I’m unemployed at the moment. God bless em.

They quoted me $300 to take off my old tires and put new tires on. Plus a disposal fee for the old
Tires. What a joke.

Appt made online for tire inspection. Used there link sent to me from a text msg to let them know I was on my way and arrived.
Gavin greeted me and we went over and looked a the tire threads for my truck and gave me some advice and he was very helpful and kind. I was on my way out within 5 mins.

I’ve visited this location twice and each time they have outshined the other DT’s I’ve visited. The other locations are great, but there is something special about the team at this location. They are AWESOME!!!

Very big rip off. And they said they can’t patch a tire for me with the tire patch warranty I had because they just wanted me to buy a new tire from them. Money hungry no care for customers.

I’m giving Chance 5 ⭐️’s for airing my tires and having a positive attitude for having to do tire checks his whole shift. But Joesph, I give 0 stars. He was very rude when speaking to Chance and told him that he needed to register the tire checks for the store to show that labor hours look high and that it will provide Chance to get more hours. Then Joesph proceed to tell Chance that he needs the high labor number, because he wants a promotion. Whether or not this conversation was to be had with Chance, it should not have been said where customers could hear their whole conversation. No employee wants to hear their manager brag about them needing to work more for them to get a promotion, when the employee is most likely getting paid very low wages.

Exceptional professional customer service by 3 individuals who explained everything to me in store and also was very patient while explaining over the phone to the 84 y/o owner of the vehicle. Kudos. Top notch. Doesn't get any better than this. P.S. I NEVER write reviews however this one was much earned & deserved.

the personal was unprofessional... I just went bc my car had one of the withbar tpms sensor bad, so The guy inside ( Joseph) told me that if I get all sensors done, they could've give me 5 years or 60.000 miles guaranty. Long story short, the sensor fail again before a month. I came back 2 times. talk with them again. he talked with the manager and they told me in my face that the sensor TPMS do no have warranty. so they gave me my money back... they reset and reprogram again the sensor. and told me if the light is on again do not come back again bc you have your money back, so you cant complain. this store is the worst store in tire in denton. personally, was rude and unprofessional. they dont care about customer. if you wanna go for anything please check reviews and think twice.
