Never hire friendly ppl. Went in last night , light skinned lady don’t greet customers , then I asked her a question she proceeded to ring me up like she didn’t hear me, she’s always looking in distress when I go in there. I spend a lot of money at this store and the only reason Ingo there is because I stay next to it. I got 57 dollars worth of merchandise and she tell me she can’t break a bill. This store opens at 9. , surely at 6:30 pm in the evening you can change me 43 dollars. They need a better environment

They are the worst. They never honor coupons or sales. They put promos up and expect you to know it's three days away. I live right nearby and I've shopped there a lot but never while I go back there again. Horrible.

I arrived and took the items I needed but when it came time to pay, there was no one, I waited more than 5 minutes and no one showed up, I had to leave everything and leave.

My son was about to walk into the store at 2015 hours today 11.17.23, and the clerk aggressively put his hand in my son's face wo a word, and pulled the door from him, shut and locked it, with several customers inside. Dont know why, dont care. The clerk didnt explain, and after that behavior it wouldnt have mattered. The clerk faced the end in that moment, and better be thankful I raised my son to have patience. Dollar General cannot hire people that are aggressive like that. There is a whole lot of liable by that action alone, especially since a simple explanation of why the clerk was closing an hour and 45 min early would have sufficed. I advise the situation to be corrected immediately or there will be consequences for that hand.

Literally one of the worst locations I visit and I doordash dollar general orders multiple times a day. Bit for some reason this location only ever has 1 employee and can never stay open anywhere near its posted hours. Closed at 8 pm out of 10pm tonight 6pm just a few nights ago. Could at the very least put a sign up notifying people.

Manager assumed I was stealing product despite cameras around the store and at the self checkout proving otherwise. Had to assertively tell her I left my receipt behind because I digitally mark my transactions. She proceeded to have me go back and sort through a pile of receipts on the floor to prove I had indeed purchased the products despite having two separate transactions on my Apple Wallet showing I had just made those transactions 1-3 minutes ago. Made a point to put items into a plastic bag, which if I do purchase more than a handful I do, otherwise I intentionally do not use a bag to reduce waste.If there’s been so much theft since the introduction of the self-checkout, then maybe hire enough competent employees at a fair wage instead of having just one who cannot stand by the entire time and ensure people are paying, or rely on your security systems (cameras, merchant transactions that ARE DIGITIALLY STORED) if hiring people is too expensive.Either way, won’t be back. Sad too cause it’s literally a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from my house compared to Walmart/Kroger/etc.

This store is just horrible. Multiple times ive gone by, like today, and the store isn't open. The doors wouldn't open, there's no sign saying they have closed. Nothing. Half the freezers don't work and they're stock is always low even tho they seem to have boxes everywhere.

Worst store ever over the last 2 or 3 months store became even worse since self check in was installed the lines are extremely long and looks like the store runs itself no employees can be found and the one time I did see a lady mopping and with the lines extremely long so I asked for help and she simply said that's what self checkout was for This store used to be managed by someone else and the quality of customer service was so much better ever since they changed the management this store got so much worse I absolutely don't mind driving the extra mile to go to the other dollar general what's the point of convenience if customer service is unacceptable it definitely not worth the headache

I am amazed at how kind and nice the lady is here she has to deal with many hoodlum students and she does her job great she needs a big raise !!!!!
