Excellent work and service.
Called at 8am on a Monday for a broken passenger front window on my 2018 RAV4.
They got me in by 11am, and the window was done by 1230. Price was half of what Safelite quoted.

I’d been putting off replacing my windshield due to the cost at my dealership. Done Right did it for a fraction of the price, and I had a new windshield installed within 24 hours of calling to make an appointment.
Hopefully I don’t need to replace my windshield again, but if I do, I know where I’ll go!

Best place ever they got my glass fixed one day then I called them to do window tint and they got me end quick and they were fast best place I ever been thinks to Brian for my tint and to the guy in front they are all nice and good price

In the end, they got my windshield fixed up and good as new. They treated me right by fixing any errors that arose.

I love this place and all the staff were kind friendly and professional! From Alden who conversed with me while I waited on my car to be tinted to Hunter, he is the one who was amazing as he installed my tint. Ver nice and friendly From explaining the different grades(color) and answering my questions. At one point I was still unsure and once he tinted a couple of windows, he allowed me to look at them before he finished the job. With every that is going on in the world and customer service has essentially gone out the window, Not Here, They Treat You Right! Thanks All you guys for having a great business but also for being both professional and kind! It's a breath of fresh air! I'd recommend these guys hands down 10 out of 10!!

I am very thankful I called Done Right before going with another national brand, or another Dallas shop which would have cost me $100 more. Alden and his team are here in Denton (support local!), and they were able to get me up and running same day.
They were very clear on the problems I had with my front windshield, and assured me that he wouldn’t offer me anything I didn’t need. Turns out my windshield was fine, it just needed to be reattached. Boom.

. They collected payment before starting the windshield replacement. They did NOT do as they said. They did NOT put my stickers nor the theft protection back on even After Promising they would. I was then told tbey put in an after market windshield. I knew Nothing of this aftermarket product being installed bfore they put it in and I asked about the stickers. Their actions appear to be Deceptive. I would NOT recommend this shop. My experience says they Will Not B honest. Maybe this is Why they appear to have more workers than work.

They were quick and honest. I would absolutely recommend them. However for some reason the noise seal on my drivers door was hanging off. So done right, kinda. But my brother fixed it.
