I am very pleased with my new purchase today with the 2026 Santa Cruz and the whole process was made even better by Steven Mobley! This purchase took a couple of months to finalize just because I wasn’t ready and he was very patient, not pushy, extremely professional and followed up! This is like my fourth vehicle but this lease was a purchase. The service is just as excellent! Thank you Eckert Hyundai!

Had to be the most NON-stressful experience I have ever had in all my years of buying a new car. Up front and no back and forth or bait and switching of numbers. VERY professional and provided the details accurately. Actually bought the car off the showroom floor.

We just purchased our third vehicle since 2009 from Eckert. Each experience has been pleasant. Aaron, Winston, Ryan And Jacob were all a pleasure to deal with and quite responsive. We were looking at 2025 & 2026 vehicles, it was my understanding that they came with a 36mo-36k mile maintenance agreement, however that's not the case. Only the '25s come with the 36-maintenance agreement. I didn't find this out until we were signing the papers in finance on a new 2026. I should have stopped and reconsidered the '25 but alas I did not. Research better than I did. That's the only issue we had, I should have asked more questions.

I happened to visit this place few months back, and wanted to share my experience since then. The Rep was so disrespectful to me. I said I am looking for EV/Hybrid vehicle. He said we don't carry EVs, asked what's the budget. I replied around 35k. His response really shocked me. He replied, We don't have vehicle that fit your budget, we have one that comes close to 40k including all taxes. He further added, that is way too off of your budget. Come on, person who can afford 35k another 5k is too much difference. He also suggested me that I can go to Other Company (don't want mention the name here) store which is right opposite, they may have some fit my budget.
Not sure whether he was in pressure or something. I had to literally walk out from there.
