Awful. These people are dishonest and will try to scam you over damage that isn’t yours. You can have photos and evidence proving it’s not yours and they will still pursue damage to vehicles. The damage in question on the vehicle I returned it seemed apparent they knew it was there. I disputed the claim they made for hail damage with proper weather maps and photos but they still refuse to accept they are in the wrong. The branch manager is actively scamming people with support from the employees here. Do NOT rent from these people. If I could give 0 stars I would.

After my experience at the Enterprise in Denton I may never use Enterprise again. I reserved a car online I had a price I had money set aside for my rental when I got there they advised me that I had to use a credit card which I've never had to do in the past and I also had to put down a $300 deposit also something I've never had to do. I really would have been okay with either of these policies if I had been made aware of them ahead of time. I lived the first 35 years of my life without owning a credit card and I know quite a few adults that still don't use credit at all. Requiring a credit card to rent a vehicle and not telling people when they reserve the vehicle that this will be a requirement is terrible customer service. My travel companion had a credit card that they were able to use but since they are unlicensed they could not be on the rental agreement so could not use their card. I do have a credit card with a very small credit line and the cost of the rental plus the deposit were more than I could actually put on the card. I had to leave without a vehicle which put me into a huge bind which could a very easily been avoided if I had been informed of this change in policies when I made my reservation. I have rented cars from Enterprise numerous times over the years many times before I started using credit I am 100% positive I have never had to use a credit card to rent a vehicle from Enterprise I have always used my debit card and I have never had to put down a deposit.

Best rental car experience ever! Bree is amazing, she helped me fix the issues with the insurance company and get me into a car finally. London was helpful when I had issues with a different location. If you ever have to rent a car, definitely use this location

Absolutely the best customer service! My car was damaged because of the hailstorm yesterday, and they could not have been better with accommodating me with a rental car! It was set up through my insurance, but their amazing service will have me coming back and recommending to friends and family for any rental needs. I have to give a shout out to Breana, who was an A+ employee. I own and operate my own business, and she’s a perfect example of how every employee should be!

After I got into an accident, I went to Enterprise to get a rental car. The process was easy and the staff was helpful and made me feel involved in every part of the process. They even helped me get additional coverage that I wasn't aware I qualified for.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever been subjected to from the entitled, rude, and self important manager. She was disgraceful, embarrassing, and unapologetic to the extent that I cancelled my hard to get reservation for a 60+ day Premium rental. Even the other customers waiting in line were aghast at her brazen public display of nastiness. I will avoid Enterprise and certainly this awful location, with its awful manager. This company is in serious need of a revamp in it's customer service training. No five star survey's or reviews for you! I will counsel everyone I know to spend their money where a customer is appreciated and treated with respect, and that is not here.

I wanted to share my experience from a year ago. I hadn’t thought of this in a while because it was so traumatic, but thought I would leave a review for the managers and owners to review and look into this further for future customers. After my experience, I will never use Enterprise again.Someone hit my car in November of 2022. A month later, my insurance set me up to get a rental from Enterprise while my car was being worked on. The manager Autumn was very sweet and kind! There was a dent on the vehicle before I picked it up and she said she will document it and make a note of it and for me to also take a picture just in case, which I did.One month later, my phone is being blown up by the Enterprise claims unit, Donna Murray in particular. I was also getting letters in the mail, stating that I need to fork over $1,000+ for the damages. I was so confused and asked her to reach out to Autumn for the receipts, which you think would be simple. She didn’t for almost 2 months. So I had to deal with Donna who is extremely rude and unhelpful, no one else would help me. I finally got in touch with Autumn (which was hard to do initially for some reason) and she emailed the receipts to Donna which fixed the issue.Just saying this to say, it was a HORRIBLE experience. People should not be treated this way. I am a student and didn’t have that kind of money at the time, I cried a few times about it. Autumn and the other team members were great, but Donna and the claims unit ruined it for me. I will never trust Enterprise again.

Branch manager. Young lady with long hair [Claims] to be Manager wasn’t very polite. She also didn’t explain detail completely like the gentleman to her left. He’s a great worker great customer service. For her to be a manager she DONT have great people skills.I’d rather work with the gentleman DONT know his name but he’s better explained then she is for her to be a branch manager

Very pleased with my experience! The rental was easy to make and confirm, we received the right type of vehicle in a timely manner, and Breanna Harlow provided excellent customer service. She is definitely well-suited to serving in management roles.
