Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever been subjected to from the entitled, rude, and self important manager. She was disgraceful, embarrassing, and unapologetic to the extent that I cancelled my hard to get reservation for a 60+ day Premium rental. Even the other customers waiting in line were aghast at her brazen public display of nastiness. I will avoid Enterprise and certainly this awful location, with its awful manager. This company is in serious need of a revamp in it's customer service training. No five star survey's or reviews for you! I will counsel everyone I know to spend their money where a customer is appreciated and treated with respect, and that is not here.

I wanted to share my experience from a year ago. I hadn’t thought of this in a while because it was so traumatic, but thought I would leave a review for the managers and owners to review and look into this further for future customers. After my experience, I will never use Enterprise again.Someone hit my car in November of 2022. A month later, my insurance set me up to get a rental from Enterprise while my car was being worked on. The manager Autumn was very sweet and kind! There was a dent on the vehicle before I picked it up and she said she will document it and make a note of it and for me to also take a picture just in case, which I did.One month later, my phone is being blown up by the Enterprise claims unit, Donna Murray in particular. I was also getting letters in the mail, stating that I need to fork over $1,000+ for the damages. I was so confused and asked her to reach out to Autumn for the receipts, which you think would be simple. She didn’t for almost 2 months. So I had to deal with Donna who is extremely rude and unhelpful, no one else would help me. I finally got in touch with Autumn (which was hard to do initially for some reason) and she emailed the receipts to Donna which fixed the issue.Just saying this to say, it was a HORRIBLE experience. People should not be treated this way. I am a student and didn’t have that kind of money at the time, I cried a few times about it. Autumn and the other team members were great, but Donna and the claims unit ruined it for me. I will never trust Enterprise again.

Jori and Cody were both great! Cody checked me out with the car and Jori checked me in. Both were extremely professional and helpful. They reflect very well upon your company!

Branch manager. Young lady with long hair [Claims] to be Manager wasn’t very polite. She also didn’t explain detail completely like the gentleman to her left. He’s a great worker great customer service. For her to be a manager she DONT have great people skills.I’d rather work with the gentleman DONT know his name but he’s better explained then she is for her to be a branch manager

Very pleased with my experience! The rental was easy to make and confirm, we received the right type of vehicle in a timely manner, and Breanna Harlow provided excellent customer service. She is definitely well-suited to serving in management roles.

I recommend you go to AVIS!!! ThisEnterprise location is a disaster they are not consistent one rep advised one thing when you get there it's something differentI do not recommendGo to AVIS! They are not to far from them. AVIS goes the extra mile!!

The gentleman who just moved here from Florida is the real gem of this location! He was awesome! Now the female that came in before him was absolute trash! She came in, set her things down, filled her water bottle, then went to sit down behind the desk without ever ONCE acknowledging my husband or myself’s presence. She could have at least checked to see if we’ve been helped! Mind you, no one was in the building but us until she came in and said not a word to us! I tried to get her name but was unsuccessful because I definitely would put her on blast on Google! Let me add that she had A LOT to say when another female employee walked in as they gossiped together behind the desk. Provide customer service training or fire these people, please.

Pathetic customer service. Poor fleet management, they have very very few cars. Reservation was confirmed and no one contacted to inform that they do not have any available. Brianna was just irresponsible and useless - made me wait for 3.5 hours just to let me know later they had no cars in stock. Cody, was making jokes about the fact that they can't give out cars just because a reservation was confirmed. Let me save your time - go somewhere else!!!!

Placed reservation on-line last night for a.m. pickup. Received confirmation. Was dropped off at location to p/u car. Counter representative said the could not get me a car...none in inventory...and, that I should have may reservations earlier. Stated "the system" should not have allow me to make reservation, but, it did. Both excuse given were under their control, not mine. Only suggestion was for me to call other Enterprise and find another car. GREAT CUSTOMER SEVICE!!!! NEVER using Enterprise again!

I have used Enterprise on Ft. Worth Dr. In Denton, Tx twice in the past five months for extended periods and their service has been excellent. Very cordial and accommodating.I called about three days ahead to schedule a rental, delivery and pick up right on time. I highly recommend this location.

I was on hold with this location for 30 minutes and while still on hold I drove there. I went in with the hold message playing on my phone and the 2 workers gave me the deer in the headlights look. No customers were present. one started punching the phone and the other stammered that all the customers just left. I will never use this Enterprise.

Very bad service. I went to check out my reservation for next and front desk agent straight away says that we won’t give you a car on my reservation time and will give a call when car is available and it might be 4 hours after my reservation time.When I say , my reservation is confirmed, she is like , we can’t give your car on time

The staff were very helpful and courteous. They provided great customer service. I booked online and called to confirm. My car was available at a time we both agreed on. I didn’t wait too long for the car and was checked out in a timely manner. The facility was also very clean and nice to wait in. I would definitely rent from here again.
