Very bad customer service. I was given a toyota corolla as a temp car while my car was in a workshop. The car not only looked ugly but also had bad wipers and also has no alignment. When I requested a replacement they said it’s what they had and I’m stuck with it for at least a week. After returning the car i got a survey in which i explained everything in detail and for which they asked me if I wanted a call back to talk about it it’s been over a month now and I haven’t received anything yet. I just had an interaction with the representative about another rental but the way they answer questions is still the same. Customer service at it’s worst.

I used the car was rented while my car was in the shop, ended up costing more than I figured because my insurance was supposed to cover the cost.

Had a family emergency and Enterprise Rent-a-car was amazing..We we're able to get just what we needed was out the door in less the a 1/2 hour. Will always use Enterprise from now on..

I needed to use a rental Camry during the Christmas week glad I was able to get one thanks to John and the staff there hopeful there will be a driver on site boy I had to walk down to enterprise stupid gozone Denton transportation be lying big time!!!

I have rented several times over the years from this location. This month I rented a car for 2 days. I called the customer service # to keep the car an extra day. On the 3rd day I became very ill and was put under quarantine orders. I tried calling this location several times to ask if someone could pick up the car or my son would be able to drive the car up to the location to return the car. There was never an answer. I called the customer service number and asked them at 10 in the morning on day 3 if they could have someone pick up the car. They told me they would put in a request with the office. No one ever contacted me. At 5 pm I talked to the 3rd customer service representative who said he was sending a request to the manager of this location to contact me and to schedule someone to pick up the car. Day #4 no one ever contacted me. I tried calling this location again several times and I also called customer service again. I was told they had already put in the request to have the manager of this location contact me and there was noting else that could be done. I ended up driving up to the location with 102 fever to take the car back before it became day 5. The location was closed with a note on the door stating they were closed and to go to another location in town. I understand help is hard to find. I do not understand not having a message pick up to say that the location is closed or even the customer service reps notified that the location is closed. This could have saved me money but then they would not have been able to charge me for the extra days. This location just lost me as a customer. I just rented my first car from Avis at the beginning of this week. So far so good. Goodbye Enterprise. Your customer service skills are non existent.
