I had an MRI scheduled and I showed up at 8:45 Am for a 9Am appointment. I received 5 text messages and 2 emails confirming the day & time of my apt. When I got there I paid close to $1,000. A woman came out to get me and took me to a separate room. She then told me that I should have been there an hour earlier, and told me that I would have to reschedule my apt. To say that I was angry and frustrated is an understatement. Apparently I should have received a phone call a day prior to my apt.to confirm my apt., but that never happened. Then I had to go through the trouble of getting a refund. I am now going to Touchstone Imaging in Denton. After comparing prices, they were approximately 50% cheaper. I will never go back to Envision again!!

I was scheduled for an mri. Was told to bring my medtronic device to be turned awaybecause it was charged to 88% not 100% use this as a learning tool for future patients. Do not recommend.
2nd appt. Device went to 95% during the drive. They won't see me again. Ridiculous never would I recommend this place to any one. They do not know how to properly communicate needs prior to appointments.

YA'LL! This was by far the best experience I have EVER had in my history of MRI's! (I have had a lot of MRI's with and without contrast, this appointment was with contrast) The staff was incredibly friendly and the tech was very thorough is telling me everything she was going to do to me. If you ever have to have imaging done, I highly recommend Envision Imaging in Denton. It was totally worth the hour drive to get there.

I was greeted upon entering the office. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I was given instructions on how to get setup on my phone. The process was so easy and fast. It was all done on my phone. They scanned my insurance card and ID. It put in my basic information, so I didn't have to input much information.
I was setup with my appointment within 10 min. Thats filling out the forms and setting my appointment. The tech was ready for me 5 min before my appointment time and was very efficient and friendly. I will definitely be referring family and friends.
Thanks for making my visit easy and convenient.

If any place deserves a good review, it's this place. I've come here a few times for different scans and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone from the receptionists to the technicians are super nice and efficient. I'm always called back in a timely manner and Its a very calming environment. I like the warm lighting.. it's not that harsh white light. They also have coffee in the waiting room. This will always be the place I go if I have a choice.

Friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They understand why you are there and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They explain what they are doing and the process you will be going through. After the MRI I got today, I had just come out in the reception area and they already had my CD ready for me to view and show to my doctor. It was a very good experience and I wanted to share it with you.

Fantastic Staff and facility. Fast and professional. Copy of exam given to me before leaving. I will be requesting to use this facility for MRI scan from now on.

From the time of arrival to the end of my exams, CT-scan and check- out, these ladies (front to back) we’re all so welcoming and reassuring! I’ve put off my health due to fears and anxiety but I’m glad I was referred here and thankful to have met the team today .. I really appreciated being told the steps and process and what to expect during my exams before just doing them
