We had an issue with the refrigerator and the warranty got held up by the manufacturer. Chris and Hector jumped in and got the issue resolved and I picked up the trailer today. All

I had unmet expectations with Blue Compass RV in Denton, Texas, especially with the poor communication throughout the process. I bought an Alliance Delta 252RL travel trailer to live in Los Angeles for my new job. Initially, I planned to buy it in Mesa, Arizona at another Blue compass dealership, and drive it myself, but a sales rep convinced me to buy it in Texas and have it shipped to California.
During the whole deal, we verbally agreed to have it delivered to Blue Compass RV, Palm Springs California by July 3rd. After closing on the deal June 24th and completing the walkthrough. This is where the communication became poor, and I wasn’t informed about the delay on shipping until July 2nd. The general manager then said it would be picked up on the 3rd and delivered by July 8th. This situation was handled very unprofessionally, leaving me frustrated with lost money on hotels from July 3rd to the 10th, an extra 5-hour drive from LA to Palm Desert and back, and the cancellation of an RV spot in LA. Despite my efforts to manage the situation, I never received an apology or any offer of help from Blue Compass RV in Denton.

First in the door Lena greeted us with hospitality and eagerness to go out in the heat to open every trailer that we were curious about and her knowledge and professionalism was to answer all of our questions and the same along the way of the purchase if we had questions she was prompt to get the answers and the rest of process was the same through out including walk through and finance. Mr whitfield was such a kind person when with patients of a saint went over all the instructions for safe and proper operation of all of the many luxury items and went above and beyond to make sure we were road ready

Had to order a new water tank for my RV. Brittny at the parts/service counter was an absolute pleasure to work with. She contacted the manufacturer to ensure we got the right parts and communication was great while ordering my parts. Great service from Blue Compass in Denton!
