On a Tuesday morning, I went to this Walgreen’s that has the Fed Ex dropoff. I had a preprinted label so I bought a large mailing envelope, inserted my document, then the person taking the Fed Ex mailer attached the label. It was just before 10am. I asked when it would be picked up and was told it would be that afternoon. I received a text confirmation of my item being received and a link to track. I tracked it that night but it still showed that it was at the dropoff point. I thought maybe they hadn’t updated the system or something. I checked the next day after 10am and it still showed that it was at the dropoff point. I called Fed Ex and spoke to a woman, asking when the pick was for that location. She kept telling me the earliest dropff is 10:30 and the latest dropoff is 4:30. Did not answer my question. Then she told me I should go back to the location and tell them to scan my item. Finally spoke with a supervisor who was not able to offer any assistance. I finally asked her for the phone number to that location, or asked if she would call them. She did finally call and told me no one answered. She then called dispatch and after twice coming and telling me she wasn’t getting an answer, finally said she spoke with someone. She told them to make sure to have their driver find that package at the dropoff point and scan it and ensure it was sent out. I asked her if I could get her name and number so I could call her if it wasn’t showing as picked up by the next morning. She said she didn’t have a phone that I could call her on but said I could speak with anyone in the Resolution Department. I asked if whoever I might reach would have the details of this. Then she graciously decided to make notes of what had happened. It is now 4:30pm on Thursday and it still shows that my item is sitting at the dropoff point. I will call tomorrow but, bottom line, I had to use an alternate method and my paperwork is already received by the recipient. I am glad that I didn’t pay for this (the recipient provided me with their label) because it is truly bad delivery and poor customer service. I wonder if my item is stuck in the bottom of a collection bag or box or where exactly it is.

The lady that helped me was fast and courteous.... She said, it would arrive next day before 3:30 pm..it arrived at 11:04 AM..So, no complaints here!

Don’t drop your FedEx returns off at this location. They are not a full drop off location for FedEx. They’re incompetent and can’t figure this out themselves. I’m surprised that FedEx doesn’t supply them with bags to return things in. Very disappointing with Walgreens. I thought better of them before this experience!
