The lady who answers Fedex seems like she's going to work to rest. She did everything possible to prevent me from sending my package. Finally I had to look for another FedEx office where everything was totally different. They better close this place because there are many Fedex offices around with interest and quality service.

Really frustrated. Needed to get a package out tonight for rush delivery but it seems there isn't a FedEx (at least one I went to) in Denton that could help me. I first rushed over to the one in Albertsons off University but they only accept packages for drop off. Had I known it was inside Albertsons I probably would have gone elsewhere. I must say this is soooo frustrating because it is confusing. If your only accepting drop offs what is the point just put a mailbox in the front that can accept larger packages or name it "fedex drop off". So once I learn they can not print labels, as i already had the item boxed, I rush over to the suggested location of Office Depot since they are open until 9pm. I get all the way across town and Office Depot closes at 8pm. We all know this change in store hours didn't happen yesterday so why hasn't management changed their hours on Google? Maybe I would believe they were "New" or temporary store hours if the sign with these hours wasn't sent to the store from Corporate (I've worked retail long enough to tell the difference) and it was worn out. Now Im SOL and this all could have easily been resolved by having Names for the Stores that describe the level of service (without working at fedex and knowing the lingo) and updating your hours in a timely fashion. Sorry for the vent just frustrated. The whole time there was 1 store in Denton the was full service and I could have made it had I known. Disappointed.
