The online system for placing orders is super glitchy. I always dread placing a print order because I know it will take 4 times as long as it needs to and will end with an email thread and several phone calls to get it right. Once the order is placed, it always turns out great! The ordering system is just a pain… And unfortunately if you try to call or email in an order instead of placing online, it’s exorbitantly more expensive.

I called last week to get a quote on 20 5x7 postcard and they quoted me $28 over the phone. When I emailed them my file and said I only needed 15 of the same item printed, they quoted me at $38. I decided to take my business elsewhere and then they offered me a “discount.” When I didn’t respond to that offer (because I took my business elsewhere), they called me 2 days later - I didn’t answer the phone and they didn’t leave a voicemail. The man who answered my questions via the phone initially even asked another team member for the pricing for a 5x7 postcard.
I do not recommend this company for your printing needs. It screamed of scams based on the verbal and written differences made by the employees. I would give 0 stars as a review if I could. FedEx - do better.

Just go to the UPS store. They had no idea what they were doing which sucks when you need help, if you NEED FedEx go to highland village.

Dropped a package off at 3:50pm on 3/14/25 and had to go retrieve myself at 11:30am on 3/15/25 because they never shipped it.

I have never shipped anything before, this store was the most painless experience ever. So quick and seamless. The assistant manager made sure I knew all my options and was quick to explain the process. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes.

I visit this store probably once every year. I people working there had consistently friendly & helpful. I dropped by this afternoon to print a few sheets of document. Marcus was very helpful. Felt so good to have such excellent customer service!
