DO NOT SHOP HERE!
They have the worst customer service ever! You can never get any employee to help, they’re always behind the counter on their phones or on the clothes side when there is a lot of customers waiting for assistance, on the shoe side.
I USE TO ALWAYS SHOP HERE! Until I go in to return a pair of socks and the fell apart out of the package and just for that they couldn’t return them! They’re ridiculous!
I won’t be going back. I’d rather drive 30 mins to WSS in Carrollton where there is way more shoes and customer service is 100% better!

Never again will I shop at this store. Poor customer service. They act like they don't want to work. Disgusted soon as I walked in and wasn't greeted!

Slowest shoe pullers ever! Every time I come here there are plenty on employees and it always takes forever to get shoes to try on. Employees are not very happy either..

horrible service! i am so disappointed that i dropped that much money in a store that gave me so little respect! The employees were beyond rude and got mad when you asked for help! i had to ask 3 times for the right size or shoes because she kept bringing me men’s sizes, I AM A WOMAN!!!! I work in retail myself and would be ashamed of my self if i ever treated a customer that way as well as be fired from my job! these kids need to learn respect and i will never be shopping there again!

I’ve been to this store 2 times and will not be returning due to the lack of customer service. The first time I was there for over an hour to buy one pair of shoes because the employee that we asked to bring us the shoes apparently forgot and just hung out by the back door. Eventually I asked a female employee for help and she brought us the shoes. Today I went again and decided not to purchase anything because when I was looking for someone to bring a shoe out there was no one out on the floor. I walked towards the counter where there was at least 4 employees just talking, I made eye contact with one of them and he looked like he was approaching me to help but instead turned the other way and walked to the back, leaving me hanging. There is no one on the floor that looks like they want to be there or willing to make a sale.

Wish I had checked these reviews here before wasting my time going into this store. No one seemed interested in selling anything to me. I was told to just try on the displays and let her know if I needed anything else. I waited around to just watch 3 employees talk to each other without any care to any type of customer service interaction. If I owned this store I would do more than respond to these complaints with the basic scripted nonsense. This place needs a mystery shop for a total overhaul of customer service skills.

Nice store. I guess the 30% markup on everything is because of the atmosphere. Almost $100 for new balances is highway robbery. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Don't buy shoes here. They don't take returns even if the shoes were never worn. Clearly it's up to the discretion of the manager (just so happens this manager doesn't have any interpersonal skills). 45 day return policy doesn't matter. Also they ask if you want to try on shoes and bring you 1 shoe to try on. I want both so I can walk around with them....doesn't that make sense?

These employees just stand around and avoid you when your trying to purchase something. Just makes you want to walk out !! Worst customer service

So I bought a pair of Tatum 1 from there I had the receipt the box and bag to take it back and exchange them for a different shoe or the one of same cost bc I played in this shoe 2-3 times and the plastic broke on it they basically said talk to Nike and you gotta through sending your shoe to Nike and going through all that they said to bring the shoe back for exchange they half to be able to sale it well I wouldn’t be bringing the shoe back if there was not something wrong with it when I had a similar issue with the luka 1 last year but I got them from hibbet sports they let me exchange the shoes and all so if your going to the Denton mall to get any type of shoes do not go to Jd sports go to hibbet they actually treat they’re customers the right way and the manager at JD sports is horrible. I’m in basketball season and really needed to exchange the shoes but I won’t never buy a thing from them again.

I went into the store with full intention on buying a pair of shoes. I saw what I wanted and asked to try them on. The guy stands around for a while then proceeds to have another employee do it for him. After he brings them out, I try them on and I can hear the employees whispering to eachother about how “she’s not gonna buy anything you are wasting your time”. For that very reason I decided I was not gonna buy anything from them. Customers can hear you, whether you think we can or not.
