Special thanks to Michael, who went above and beyond for me, including stayed past close to get me out after a mechanic didn't do part of service. The mechanic thought it was ok to bring my keys and the paperwork to check me out to the front, immediately leave, then not pick up his phone when the service tech tried to call him because he skipped the curtesy check on my vehicle and their system wouldn't let me be checked out until it was done. Apparently it wasn't the first time he'd done it that day. So thank you Michael, for helping me out. You're awesome and I appreciate you.

Seemed a bit under staffed and took quite a while to get my car into the bay. Waiting room was far too cold. Staff was quite pleasant and friendly. Noticed a few people calling in about their vehicles that could not get finished today but mechanics left for the day without calling them. The remaining staff were handling the calls very well, but should not have had to do that.

Staff are friendly, fast, and honest. Jommel and Michael assisted me in getting a set of tires and alignment.

Micheal and Redd are very honest and helpful workers. They helped me correct a cross threaded tire stud and replaced it quickly. Highly recommend this location!

I trusted these people. But no you can’t trust people anymore! First and last time for Firestone Auto Care! Fleecing people!!! Cost was four times as much as it should have been!!

I went to the Denton location for a second opinion. I had done a brake inspection somewhere else and they told me I needed to replace my suspension. Called Firestone and the lady on the phone (can’t remember her name) was so kind to me and recommended getting it looked at there. Jommel was very professional, showed me my car and said nothing was wrong with my suspension. They saved me $4200 and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone. This Firestone location is honest, treats their customers with respect, and very professional! I will be returning!

My Daughter who is a college student at UNT has been taking her Honda to Firestone since she started there three years ago. Her battery died and had it taken to the closest shop to where it died. Got estimate of $1,500.00 to repair. Took to Firestone and just the battery which saved us over $1,300.00. Honesty pays and thank you Firestone!!!

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO. I went in without appointment and was told they could rotate tires & do alignment. It would take about 1-1/2. After waiting over 30 min they came out & said they couldn’t do alignment. Didn’t even rotate tires. Worst lying store ever

Never going back!!!!
Literally tried to overcharge me for the thermostat! And the report for diagnosis which I paid around 135$ they gave me the diagnosis in less than 30mins saying need to replace a lot of Parts in the engine and are not ready to give me a quote for the check engine lights!
Its not worth paying 135$ for the report as I got it done for free at the autozone which they gave the same report.

One of the worst stores I've ever been at .made an appointment and then they couldn't honor it so yeah I don't recommend this for anybody barely unfriendly unprofessional
